ՔՊ-ում սրտատրոփ սպասում են կուսակցության համաժողովին

Սեպտեմբերի 20-ին Կարեն Դեմիրճյանի անվան մարզահամերգային համալիրում տեղի է ունենալու «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության հերթական համաժողովը, որը ոչ միայն վարչության և վերստուգիչ մարմնի անդամներ է ընտրելու, այլ նաև հաստատելու է կուսակցության նոր կանոնադրությունը։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այսօր առավոտյան հրապարակել է կուսակցության կանոնադրության նախագիծը, ինչպես նաև համաժողովի օրակարգը։ Ըստ այդմ, «Քաղպայմանագիրը» նոր կանոնադրությունը գրելու է՝ հիմնվելով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հռչակած «Իրական Հայաստանի» գաղափարախոսության վրա։

Թեպետ ինքը Փաշինյանը չի խոսում այդ մասին, բայց ամենագլխավոր հարցը կուսակցության վարչության անդամների ընտրությունն է։ Հիշեցնենք, նոր վարչությունը բաղկացած է լինելու 20 անդամներից, ավելին, քան ներկայում գործող վարչությունը։ 20 տեղի համար պայքարում են 42 քպականներ, որոնց մեծ մասը վերջին օրերին ակտիվ քարոզարշավ է իրականացրել կուսակցության ներսում՝ հանդիպելով տարածքային կազմակերպությունների անդամների հետ։ Հենց վերջիններիս միջոցով էլ փորձելու են քվե ստանալ։ Ի դեպ, թեև ավելի վաղ հայտարարվում էր, որ Փաշինյանը ցանկանում է ցուցակներով անցկացնել ընտրությունները, բայց վերջին օրերին «Քաղպայմանագրում» կարծես ինչ-որ փոփոխություն է եղել, և ինքը՝ Փաշինյանը, ոչ միայն չի խառնվում ներկուսակցական այս գզվրտոցներին, այլև մերձավոր զինակիցներին նույնիսկ վարչություն անցնելու խոստումներ և երաշխիքներ չի տալիս։

Ըստ երևույթին, Փաշինյանը թողել է ամեն ինչ ինքնահոսի և սպասում է, որ կաշխատի ցանկացածի հետ, ով կանցնի կուսակցության վարչություն։ Ըստ էության, արդեն տևական ժամանակ «Քաղպայմանագրի» ներսում որևէ ընդվզում չկա Փաշինյանի ցանկացած որոշման դեմ, և նա առանձնակի տարբերություն չի տեսնում, թե որ կուսակցականի հետ կաշխատի վարչությունում։ Ով էլ անցնի, ի վերջո, առաջին հերթին անցնելու է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի թրի տակով, եթե ցանկանում է որևէ լուրջ պաշտոն զբաղեցնել։ Փաշինյանը նաև մտադիր է մինչև կուսակցության համաժողովը վերադասավորումներ կառավարությունում և գործադիրում չիրականացնել, արդեն դրանից հետո կանցնի իր սիրելի գործողությանը։
