2026-ին չենք նախատեսում 2025-ի նկատմամբ պաշտպանական ծախսերի աճ, 2026-ի ծախսերն ունեն բնականոն աճ՝ 2024-ի նկատմամբ. Նիկոլ Փաշինյան

Պետք է արձանագրենք, որ մենք 2025 թվականին 2024 թվականի բյուջեի համեմատությամբ պաշտպանական ծախսերի շատ էական և կտրուկ աճ ենք ունեցել: Ընդ որում, այդ էական և կտրուկ աճը պայմանավորված է եղել նախ որոշակի հրատապ կարքներով: Այս մասին Ազգային ժողովում ասել է վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

«Մենք իրականացրել ենք էական պաշտպանական ծախսեր և այդ ծախսերի մի մասն ուղղել ենք ապագա պատքերի, պարտավորությունների մարմանը, այդ թվում պաշտպանության ոլորտում: Այսինքն՝ այն վարկերը, որոնք ուղղվել են պաշտպանությանը, այն որ մենք պետք է, ասենք՝ 2030 կամ 2035 թվականին մարեինք, մենք հարմար ենք գտել, որ հետագա պարտքային բեռը նվազենցնենք, բայց ոչ միայն», - պարզաբանել է Փաշինյանը:

Նա նշել է, որ եթե այդ տրամաբանությամբ նայենք՝ միջնաժամկետ ծախսերի ծրագրով 2026 թվականի պաշտպանական ծախսերն ունեն բնականոն աճ՝ 2024 թվականի նկատմամբ: 

«Ֆորմալ թվաբանությունը մի բան է, բայց այսպես ասած բնականոն իրականությունը՝ մեկ այլ բան: Եթե 2025 թվականի 115 մլրդ դրամի կտրուկ, անհամաչափ աճը չլիներ՝ կլիներ սովորական, բնականոն աճ», - ասել է նա: 

Փաշինյանը նշել է՝ այն, որ իրենք 2026 թվականին չեն նախատեսում 2025 թվականի նկատմամբ պաշտպանական ծախսերի աճ՝ առաջին հերթին պայմանավորված է այդ պատճառով, չնայած, որ կան ևս այլ պատճառներ, որոնք, ցանկության դեպքում կարող է ներկայացնել խորհրդարանին՝ դռնփակ ռեժիմով:
