ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարը դիմել է Ռուսաստանի նախագահին

Մեկնաբանելով Լեհաստանի օդային տարածքի գիշերային խախտումը՝ ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Մարկ Ռյուտեն ասել է, որ «ամբողջական գնահատումը ընթացքի մեջ է», հաղորդում է The Guardian-ը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ «անկախ նրանից, դա միտումնավոր էր, թե ոչ, դա բացարձակապես անխոհեմ է, դա բացարձակապես վտանգավոր է»։

«Իմ ուղերձը Պուտինին հստակ է՝ դադարեցրեք պատերազմը Ուկրաինայում, դադարեցրեք պատերազմի սրացումը, որը նա այժմ, ըստ էության, վարում է անմեղ քաղաքացիների և քաղաքացիական ենթակառուցվածքների դեմ և դադարեցրեք դաշնակիցների օդային տարածքի խախտումը։ Իմացեք, որ մենք պատրաստ ենք, որ մենք զգոն ենք և որ կպաշտպանենք ՆԱՏՕ-ի տարածքի յուրաքանչյուր թիզը», - ասել է ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարը։

Միաժամանակ, Ռյուտեն Լեհաստանի օդային տարածքի խախտման վերաբերյալ երեկվա արձագանքը անվանել է «շատ հաջողված»։

«Մենք միշտ պետք է համոզվենք, որ մեկ քայլ առաջ ենք, բայց կարծում եմ՝ երեկ երեկոյան ցույց տվեցինք, որ մենք ի վիճակի ենք պաշտպանել ՆԱՏՕ-ի տարածքի յուրաքանչյուր թիզը, այդ թվում՝, իհարկե, նրա օդային տարածքը», - ասել է նա։

Նախկինում Լեհաստանը մեղադրել էր Ռուսաստանին իր օդային տարածքի «աննախադեպ» խախտման մեջ։

Լեհաստանի վարչապետ Դոնալդ Տուսկի խոսքով, Լեհաստանի զինված ուժերը գիշերվա ընթացքում արձանագրել են անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի 19 ներխուժում՝ երկրի օդային տարածք։ Նա հայտնել է, որ երեք կամ հնարավոր է չորս անօդաչու սարք խոցվել է լեհական և ՆԱՏՕ-ի ինքնաթիռների կողմից, որոնք օդ էին բարձրացվել՝ սպառնալիքը չեզոքացնելու համար։

Վարշավան խնդրել է կիրառել ՆԱՏՕ-ի պայմանագրի 4-րդ հոդվածը։

Այս հոդվածը թույլ է տալիս անդամ երկրներին հարց բարձրացնել Հյուսիսատլանտյան խորհրդում (ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քաղաքական որոշումներ կայացնող մարմին)։ Այնուհետև խորհրդակցություններ են անցկացվում՝ պարզելու համար, թե արդյոք վտանգվել է անդամ երկրի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը, քաղաքական անկախությունը կամ անվտանգությունը։
