«Գործազրկության խնդիրը լուծելի է, անհրաժեշտ է արդյունաբերական նոր քաղաքականություն». Նարեկ Կարապետյան

Սեպտեմբերի 9-ին «Մեր ձևով» շարժման համակարգող Նարեկ Կարապետյանը եթերում ներկայացրեց Սամվել Կարապետյանի այս շաբաթվա ուղերձի հիմնական շեշտադրումները՝ անդրադառնալով Հայաստանի առջև կանգնած կարևորագույն խնդիրներին։

Գործազրկությունը՝ իրական չափերով և լուծման ուղիներ

Նարեկ Կարապետյանի խոսքով, Հայաստանում պաշտոնապես գրանցված է շուրջ 170․000 գործազուրկ, սակայն իրական թիվը հասնում է մինչև 500․000-ի։

«Պատկերացրեք՝ երեք միլիոնանոց երկրում կես միլիոն մարդ աշխատանք չունի։ Սա ոչ միայն սոցիալական, այլև պետական անվտանգության լուրջ խնդիր է։ Մենք համոզված ենք, որ ճիշտ տնտեսական քաղաքականության դեպքում այս ցուցանիշը կարող է էապես նվազել»,– ընդգծեց նա։

Կարապետյանի համոզմամբ, գործազրկության հիմնական լուծումը արդյունաբերության վերածնունդն է․
«Պետք չէ վերականգնել հին գործարանները նույնությամբ, բայց անհրաժեշտ է կառուցել նոր գործարաններ, արտադրական կենտրոններ։ Եթե մենք տարեկան 4 միլիարդ դոլարով ավել ապրանք ենք ներմուծում, քան արտահանում, նշանակում է՝ այդքանով աղքատանում ենք։ Այդ գումարը կարելի է պահել երկրի ներսում՝ զարգացնելով տեղական արտադրությունը»։

Գյուղատնտեսություն․ «Մթերում, մթերում, մթերում»

Եթերում Նարեկ Կարապետյանը նաև ներկայացրեց շարժման հայեցակարգը գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում։ Նրա խոսքով, Հայաստանի հիմնական խնդիրը մթերման արդյունավետ համակարգի բացակայությունն է։

«Այսօր մեր երկրում ընդամենը մի քանի ընկերություններ են զբաղվում մթերքով, օրինակ՝ «Սպայկան»։ Սակայն անհրաժեշտ է ունենալ տասնյակ նմանատիպ ընկերություններ։ Միայն այդ դեպքում գյուղացին կկարողանա իր արտադրանքը վաճառել մրցակցային և արդար գնով։ Մեր շարժման մշակած նոր մոտեցումը հիմնված է հենց այս գաղափարի վրա՝ մթերում, մթերում, մթերում»,– ասաց նա։

Կոչ՝ միանալու «Մեր ձևով» շարժմանը

Նարեկ Կարապետյանը վստահություն հայտնեց, որ առաջարկվող տնտեսական քաղաքականությունը կօգնի լուծել ոչ միայն գործազրկության, այլև արտահանման ու գյուղատնտեսական ոլորտի հիմնախնդիրները։

«Մեր երկրի ամենաառաջին խնդիրը աշխատանքն է։ Եթե այս հարցը լուծենք, մյուս խնդիրները նույնպես հնարավոր կլինի հաղթահարել։ Միացեք մեզ, և մենք միասին կկարողանանք փոխել մեր հայրենիքը»,– եզրափակեց իր խոսքը շարժման համակարգողը։
