Յունիբանկը` BAFT 2025 Asia Bank to Bank ֆորումի հովանավոր

Յունիբանկը, առաջատար ֆինանսական կազմակերպությունների հետ մեկտեղ, դարձավ BAFT Asia Bank to Bank 2025 միջազգային ֆորումի հովանավոր, որը բացառիկ տարածաշրջանային միջոցառում է ֆինանսական ոլորտի առաջատար մասնագետների և առաջնորդների համար:

Ֆորումն անցկացվել է Սինգապուրում՝ GTR Asia-ի հետ համատեղ, և միավորել է ավելի քան 150 մասնակիցների՝ բանկերի, առևտրային և վճարային ընկերությունների ղեկավարների, ինչպես նաև համապատասխանության և կայուն զարգացման ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչների:

Մասնակիցները քննարկեցին ժամանակակից ֆինանսական ծառայությունների զարգացման հիմնահարցերը՝ աշխարհաքաղաքական իրավիճակը և դրա ազդեցությունը ֆինանսական ոլորտի վրա, միջսահմանային առևտրի մարտահրավերները, վճարային և ֆինանսական ենթակառուցվածքների փոփոխությունները, ոլորտի վերափոխումը: Հատուկ ուշադրություն է դարձվել թվային արժույթների և ապակենտրոնացված ֆինանսների զարգացմանը, ինչպես նաև ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիաների՝ API, DLT և CBDC-ի ազդեցությանը ֆինանսական համակարգի վերափոխման վրա:

Յունիբանկի պատվիրակությունը գլխավորում էր Վարչության նախագահ Մեսրոպ Հակոբյանը: Աջակցելով Ֆորումին՝ բանկը ձգտում է ընդլայնել իր թղթակցային ցանցը և միջազգային գործընկերությունը, ինչը թույլ կտա հաճախորդներին մատուցել ավելի բազմազան ֆինանսական ծառայություններ Հայաստանում և արտերկրում: Յունիբանկը ներկայացրեց նաև ներդրումային հնարավորություններ անհատ և կորպորատիվ հաճախորդների համար, այդ թվում՝ փոխարկելի արտոնյալ բաժնետոմսերի նոր թողարկումը՝ տարեկան 12% հաստատագրված շահութաբաժնով։

«Այս միջոցառման աջակցությունն արտացոլում է Յունիբանկի ցանկությունը՝ ամրապնդելու իր դիրքը՝ որպես հուսալի տարածաշրջանային գործընկեր և խթանելու երկխոսությունը բանկային ոլորտի ամենաարդիական հարցերի շուրջ։ Նման ֆորումներն արժեքավոր հարթակ են՝ գործընկերների հետ շփվելու, քննարկելու վերջին միտումները և հեռանկարային ուղղությունները, փոխանակելու գաղափարներ, որոնք նպաստում են միջազգային համագործակցության զարգացմանը», - նշեց Մեսրոպ Հակոբյանը։

2025 թվականի առաջին կիսամյակի արդյունքներով՝ Յունիբանկի շահույթը կազմել է 4.8 մլրդ դրամ, կապիտալը՝ 53 մլրդ դրամ, ակտիվները՝ 364 մլրդ դրամ, իսկ պարտավորությունները՝ 311 մլրդ դրամ։

Այս տարի Moody's-ը բարձրացրել է Յունիբանկի ավանդների երկարաժամկետ վարկանիշները մինչև B1 մակարդակ, հեռանկարը՝ կայուն:
