Պարզվել է Աբովյանում առեղծվածային դեպքի հետևանքով մաhացած եղբայրների ինքնությունը, հայտնաբերվել է մորն ուղղված նամակ. Shamshyan

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության պետ Հովհաննես Չալաբյանի որոշմամբ ստեղծված քննչական խմբի ղեկավարի, նույն քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնի հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ Բագրատ Մուրադյանի կողմից նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում պարզվել է երեկ՝ սեպտեմբերի 7-ին Աբովյան քաղաքում տեղի ունեցած առեղծվածային ու ողբերգական դեպքի հետքերով մահացած եղբայրների ինքնությունը։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, պարզվել է, որ մահացածներն են Աբովյան քաղաքում հաշվառված 52-ամյա Նորիկ Տեր-Աբրահամյանը և 46-ամյա Նեժդիկ Տեր-Աբրահամյանը։ Վերջիններս հայտնաբերվել էին Աբովյան քաղաքի Հատիսի փողոցի 1/29 հասցեում գործող սննդի կետի ներսում՝ առաստաղի մետաղական փողից պարանով կախված վիճակում։

Դատաբժշկի նախնական եզրակացության համաձայն արտաքին զննությամբ դիակների վրա բռնության հետքեր չեն հայտնաբերվել։

Քննիչի որոշմամբ նշանակվել են դիակի դատաբժշկական և ձեռագրաբանական փորձաքննություններ, քանի որ մահացածներից Նեժդիկ Տեր-Աբրահամյանի տաբատի հետևի գրպանում հայտնաբերվել էր նամակ՝ ուղղված մորը, որում մասնավորապես ասված է եղել. «Մամ ջան, կներես ինձ, ոչ մի բան չխոստանաս որևէ մեկի։ Մեղավորը ես եմ, ես սիրում եմ ձեզ, բայց չստացվեց, ապրի քո համար։ Նարեիս լավ կպահես։ Նարե ջան, կներես ինձ։ Խնդրում եմ ոստիկաններին՝ հետևողական լինեն, չվնասեն իմ 3 հրաշքներին։ Ես եմ մեղավոր, ոչ իրանք, իրանք բան չգիտեն, ու մարդիկ չար են»։ Այդ մասին տեղեկություն է տարածել նաև «Արմլուր» լրատվականը։

Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ իրավապահները հակված են, որ տեղի ունեցածը ինքնասպանություն է, և նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում պարզվելու է՝ արդյոք եղբայրները միասին են ինքնասպանություն գործել, թե մի եղբայրը ինքնասպանություն է արել, մյուս եղբայրը եկել, տեսել ու ինքն էլ է այդ քայլին դիմել։

Եղբայրները նաև, ըստ իրավապահներին հասած տեղեկությունների, ֆինանսական լուրջ խնդիրներ են ունեցել, այդ թվում պարտքեր, որի թիվը հասնում է մի քանի միլիոնի։

Ինչպես ավելի վաղ դեպքի վայրից հայտնել էր ֆոտոլրագրողը, սեպտեմբերի 7-ին առեղծվածային ու ողբերգական դեպք էր տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում։ Ժամը 13:50-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Կոտայքի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ էին ստացվել, որ Աբովյան քաղաքի Հատիսի փողոցում գտնվող արագ սննդի կետում 2 քաղաքացի կա կախված։

Այս պահին պարեկները տարածքը սահմանազատել էին, և ահազանգով ժամանած ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Փրկարար ծառայության հատուկ նշանակության փրկարարական աշխատանքների իրականացման կենտրոնի փրկարարներն ու Աբովյանի հրշեջ-փրկարարները փորձում էին սննդի կետի դուռը բացել։

Ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների՝ ներսում 2 տղամարդու դի կար կախված, ովքեր հարազատ եղբայրներ են։

Դեպքի վայր էր ժամանել նաև Աբովյան խոշորացված համայնքի ղեկավար Էդուարդ Բաբայանը։
