Ընդդիմությունը անհասանելի է. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Հոկտեմբերի 26–ին ժամը 18:00–ին սպառվեց նոյեմբերի 5–ին կայանալիք ՏԻՄ ղեկավարի թեկնածուների ինքնաբացարկ ներկայացնելու ժամկետը: Չնայած մինչ այդ, բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր նախապես արդեն որոշել էին հրաժարվել հետագա ընթացքից, արդեն իսկ հասցրել էին ինքնաբացարկի դիմում ներկայացնել ԿԸՀ:

Այսինքն, օրեր առաջ արդեն պարզ էր, որ համայնքների ստվար մասում ընտրությունները հին սցենարով են ընթանալու՝ ՀՀԿ–ական գործող համայնքապետերը մնալու են առանց «հակառակորդների»: Այսինքն, որպես այդպիսին, ընտրություն չի լինելու: Չի ներկայացվելու նաև համայնքի զարգացման ծրագիր, իսկ նախկին համայնքապետերը կրկին կմնան իրենց տեղերում ու կշարունակեն գյուղի «պեչատն» իրենց ձեռքում պահել:

Այսինքն, առաջիկայում նույնպես համայնքներից առանձնապես երկնիշ թվերով թռիչքային տնտեսական աճի կամ լուրջ առաջընթացի ազդակներ պետք չէ սպասել, քանի որ համայնքներից շատերում ոչ մտածելակերպ է փոխվելու, ոչ էլ առկա խնդիրները լուծելու նոր մտքեր են ծնվելու: Հին դեմքերը կշարունակեն համայնքները ղեկավարել նույն ձևով՝ ապավինելով կա՛մ դոնորների փողերին, կա՛մ բյուջեի միջոցներին:

Չնայած դրան, մատների վրա կարելի է հաշվել նաև համայնքներ, որտեղ նույն աթոռի համար պայքարելու են 4–ից ավելի թեկնածուներ, բայց նման համայնքների թիվը բավականին քիչ է: Չկան նաև ՀՀԿ–ական թեկնածուների հետ մրցապայքարի մեջ մտած ընդդիմադիր կուսակցությունների կողմից առաջադրված կամ նրանց համակրանքը վայելող թեկնածուներ: Ասել է, թե հանրապետությունում ԱԺ ընտրություններից հետո սկսվել է քաղաքական դեպրեսիայի «ժամանակաշրջանը»: Ու երբ ՏԻՄ հերթական ընտրություններն էլ ավարտվեն, երկրում նորից առանձնապես ոչինչ չի փոխվի: Լավագույն դեպքում, համատարած անդորրը խախտելու կամ կրկին թեթև քամի անելու համար ընդդիմությունը հերթական անգամ ընդհատակից դուրս կգա, կսկսի նորից նույն երգերը երգել, բողոքել, որ երկիրը հայտնվել է ճահճում, որ ամեն ինչ ավելի վատ է, քան տարիներ առաջ էր:

Բայց հարց է ծագում, թե ինչու նույն այդ ընդդիմությունը տեղին և ժամանակին իրենց թեկնածուներին չի առաջադրում ՏԻՄ ընտրությունների ժամանակ, սատարում, որ հաղթեն, որպեսզի հետագայում կարողանան ցույց տալ, թե իրենց կուսակցությունը իշխանության գալուց հետո ինչպիսի արժեհամակարգ է ներդնելու և ինչպես է կառավարելու երկիրը: Ընդդիմության կողմից ՏԻՄ ընտրությունների ժամանակ այս աստիճանի պասիվությունը անհանգստացնող է, քանի որ ընդամենը մի քանի ամիս առաջ երկիրը կործանումից փրկելու կոչեր հնչեցնող, փրկօղակի դերը ստանձնելուն պատրաստ դաշինքներն ու նախագահականներում քարեր հավաքած գործիչներն, իրենց հիմնած ընդդիմադիր կուսակցություններով դեպի պայծառ ապագա տանող ծրագրերի մասին էին խոսում ու խոստումներ հնչեցնում:

Այսօր նրանք փաստորեն չկան: ՀԱԿ–ն իր լռությունն ու պասիվությունը պատճառաբանում է ժողովրդի կարոտը հետ նվաճելու ցանկությամբ, իսկ մյուսները ինչպես անձրևից հետո բուսնած սնկեր, կորան հորիզոնից: Եվ ամենազավեշտալին այն է, որ նրանց հեռախոսներն էլ կա՛մ անհասանելի են, կա՛մ էլ գուժում են, որ նման բաժանորդ այլևս գոյություն չունի:
