Պակիստանա-հնդկական կրքեր՝ ընդդեմ «Փաշինյան-Ալիև միության»

Նախօրեին Չինաստանի Թիենցին քաղաքում Հայաստանի և Պակիստանի արտգործնախարարությունները ստորագրել են կոմյունիկե՝ դիվանագիտական հարաբերություններ հաստատելու մասին։ Անկախացումից հետո Պակիստանը աշխարհի միակ երկիրն էր, որը դեռ չէր ճանաչել Հայաստանի անկախությունը։

Ընդամենը մեկ օր անց կոմյունիկեից հայտնի դարձավ, որ պաշտոնական Իսլամաբադը արգելափակել է Շանհայի համագործակցության կազմակերպությանը (ՇՀԿ) Հայաստանի անդամակցության հայտը։ Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարությունը երկար ժամանակ լռեց և չէր հաստատում ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցների տարածած տեղեկությունը, մինչև վերջապես միայն կարճ պարզաբանում տարածեց։

«Այս պահին գործընթացի մանրամասներին չենք անդրադառնա, բայց կարող ենք ասել, որ Հայաստանի անդամակցության հարցում տեսնում ենք բավարար կառուցողական մոտեցում և փոխըմբռնում։ Այս ընկալմամբ կշարունակենք աշխատանքները ՇՀԿ շահագրգիռ անդամ երկրների հետ՝ կառուցելով փոխշահավետ գործընկերություն», – ասված է ԱԳՆ խոսնակի հայտարարության մեջ։

Միևնույն ժամանակ ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները հայտնում են, որ Հնդկաստանն էլ արգելափակել է Ադրբեջանի՝ ՇՀԿ լիիրավ անդամ դառնալու դիմումը։ Պնդում են, որ Հնդկաստանի դիրքորոշումը սերտորեն կապված է Ադրբեջանի՝ Պակիստանի հետ եղբայրական հարաբերությունների հետ։

Թե ով էր իրականում Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի մասնակցությունը ՇՀԿ–ում առաջ տանելու նախաձեռնողը, դեռևս հայտնի չէ։ Ըստ ամենայնի, դա եղել է Չինաստանի նախաձեռնությունը, որը, սակայն, համակարգված չի եղել կառույցի այլ անդամների, այդ թվում՝ Պակիստանի և Հնդկաստանի հետ, որոնք իրենց տարաձայնությունը տարան նաև ՇՀԿ–ի շրջանակներ։

Այս որոշումը՝ չանդամակցելու վերաբերյալ, նոր հույսեր է արթնացրել հայաստանյան արևմտամետ սեգմենտի մոտ, որոնք շնորհակալություն են հայտնում Պակիստանին՝ Հայաստանի հայտը մերժելու համար, համարելով դա եվրաինտեգրման ճանապարհին ևս մեկ նվաճում։ Սակայն հայկական դիվանագիտությունը հերթական անգամ պարտություն կրեց, և իշխանությունները կարող են միայն ուրախանալ, որ այս փուլում պարտվեց նաև Ադրբեջանը։
