Լարված իրավիճակ՝ Արարատում, հովտաշենցիները պատրաստվում են դիմել կտրուկ միջոցների. Shamshyan

Երեկ՝ օգոստոսի 28-ին, լարված իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել Արարատի մարզում։ Արտաշատ խոշորացված համայնքի Հովտաշեն բնակավայրի բանկչները հավաքվել էին Հովտաշեն գյուղի վարչական տարածքում ու ուզում էին հասկանալ, թե ի վերջո երբ են պատասխանատու մարմինները հստակ պատասխան տալու, թե ինչքան սպասեն, որ իրենց ոռոգման ջրի խնդիրը լուծվի։

Ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանի հետ զրույցում ակցիայի մասնակիցներն ասում էին. «Խորհրդային տարիներին երբեք ոռոգման ջրի խնդիր չենք ունեցել։ Վերջին 4 տարիներին ընդհատումներով էին տալիս, իսկ արդեն վերջին  4 ամիսներին ընդհանրապես ոռոգման ջուր որպես այդպիսին չենք ստացել։

Ում ասես դիմել ենք ոչ մի օգուտ, միայն սին ու դատարկ խոստումներ են տալիս։ Հեկտարներով ամբողջ բերքը չորանում է։ Չնայած պիտի բերք լիներ, որ չորանար։ Եթե ջուր չեն տալիս, ո՞նց մշակենք։ Մեր այգիները, ցանքատարածությունները. գյուղի միջով տոննաներով ոռոգման ջուրը գնում է ու Հովտաշենը, որ դեռ սովետական տարիներից համարվում էր ամենաշեն գյուղերից մեկը, չորանում է։ Ջուրը ամբողջությամբ գնում, թափվում է Թուրքիա, իսկ մեզ կտրում են ջրից։

Հիմա ինչ անենք, դիմե՞նք կտրուկ միջոցների։ Հետո էլ կասեք, թե հակաիրավական գործողություններ եք անում։ Բա ձեր արածին ի՞նչ անուն տանք։ Մարդկանց կենդանի-կենդանի թաղում եք։ Թասիբ ունենայիք, եթե օրական մի քանի ժամ չէ, շաբաթը գոնե 2 անգամ կապահովեիք ջրով։

Հետաքրքիր է՝ մարմնի ո՞ր մասով եք մտածում, որ ամբողջ գյուղի ցանքատարածությունները, մշակովի այգիները, որ միշտ ծաղկել են, անապատացնում եք։  Եթե կարճ ժամանակում խնդիրը չլուծեք, ոչ միայն հովտաշենցիներով, այլև հարակից գյուղերի բնակիչներով դիմելու ենք ամենակտրուկ միջոցների»։

Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է նաև, որ գյուղացիների հույսը միայն վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է, ում մեկ հրահանգը բավական է, որ խնդիրը կարգավորվի։
