Փաշինյանը նոր տնտեսական արհավիրքներ է բերելու Հայաստանին

Եվրամիության և Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության միջև Փաշինյանը ընտրել է եվրոպական կառույցը։ Հիշեցնենք, խորհրդարանը 2025 թ․-ին մարտին ընդունել էր «Եվրաքվեն»՝ Եվրամիության անդամակցության գործընթաց սկսելու մասին օրենքը։ Ռուսաստանը դրանից հետո մի քանի անգամ զգուշացում է հայտնել Հայաստանին, նշել, որ դա լուրջ հետևանքներ կարող է ունենալ, ընդհուպ՝ Հայաստանին կարող են դուրս վռնդել Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունից՝ դրանից բխող բոլոր հետևանքներով։ Հիշեցրել են, թե Հայաստանն ի՞նչ արտոնություններ է ստանում ԵԱՏՄ-ից, իսկ այդ կառույցը լքելու դեպքում տնտեսական լուրջ հետևանքներ են սպասվում։ Վերջին անգամ նույնիսկ Ռուսաստանի փոխվարչապետ Ալեքսեյ Օվերչուկը Երևանում խոսել էր Փաշինյանի հետ, նշել ահա հնարավոր հետևանքների մասին։

Երեկ լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում Փաշինյանը չի բացառել Հայաստանի՝ ԵԱՏՄ-ից դուրս գալու հնարավորությունը։ Հիշեցրել է, որ ԵՄ-ին անդամագրվելու գործընթաց սկսելու օրենքի ընդունումից հետո հայտարարել է, որ Եվրամիությանը և ԵԱՏՄ-ին անդամակցումը միաժամանակ հնարավոր չէ։ «Երբ գա այդ կետը, որ ընտրությունը վերջնական լինի ու անխուսափելի, մենք կկայացնենք համապատասխան որոշում», – ասել է Փաշինյանը՝ նշելով, թե այդ հնարավորությունը կախված է ժողովրդի կամքից, ընթացիկ իրավիճակներից, բանակցային գործընթացներից, ինչպես նաև հնարավորությունների և այլընտրանքների վերլուծություններից։

Հնարավորությունների և այլընտրանքների որևէ վերլուծություն այս պահին չկա։ Եվրամիություն Հայաստանը չնչին քանակով ապրանք է կարողանում մատակարարել, քանի որ հայկական ապրանքները չեն համապատասխանում Եվրամիության անհրաժեշտ ստանդարտներին, և տնտեսական որևէ վերլուծություն չի կարող փաստարկել, որ ԵԱՏՄ-ն լքելու, ԵՄ-ին անդամակցելու հայտ ներկայացնելը որևէ կերպ կարող է փոխել իրավիճակը հօգուտ Հայաստանի։ Ընդհակառակը, նախ՝ Եվրամիությունում Հայաստանին չեն սպասում, որևէ չափորոշիչ չկա, որևէ տնտեսական վերլուծություն չկա, փոխարենը կա ԵԱՏՄ-ն լքելու դեպքում հետևանքների պարզ վերլուծությունը, իսկ որ իշխանությունների նման գործունեության հետևանքով հնարավոր է այդպիսի զարգացում, ոչ ոք չի կասկածում։
