Ընդամենը յոթ տարի առաջ այս մարդը ապրում էր կիսաքանդ տանը, առանց հեռանկարների, իսկ այսօր փորձում է բեմական խաղ ցուցադրել՝ իրեն ներկայացնելով որպես միակ իշխանություն․ Կամենդատյան

Հրայր Կամենդատյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․ 

Կառավարության ղեկավարը հայտարարում է․ «Ես եմ կառավարությունը, և ով համաձայն չէ, թող դուրս գա ու հեռանա»։

Սա հնչում է ոչ թե որպես ղեկավարի խոսք, այլ որպես բռնապետի քմահաճ սպառնալիք։ Բայց եթե այդ տրամաբանությունը տարածենք պետության մյուս համակարգերի վրա, ստացվում է հետևյալը․

Բանակ

Զինվորը եթե չհամաձայնի հրամանատարի կամ քաղաքական ղեկավարի որոշման հետ, կարո՞ղ է թողնել դիրքը ու հեռանալ։

Ո՛չ։ Զինվորական ծառայությունը հիմնված է պարտքի, ոչ թե անձնական համակրանքի կամ դժգոհության վրա։ Եթե բոլորը հանկարծ որոշեն «չեմ համաձայն, հեռանում եմ», ապա սահմանը մնում է մերկ ու անպաշտպան։
Իսկ կառավարիչը հենց դա էլ է առաջարկում՝ դժգոհներին հեռանալ։ Ստացվում է՝ պետությունը թողնել դատարկ, հանձնված։

Տրանսպորտ

Եթե վարորդը համաձայն չէ ճանապարհային կանոնների կամ երթևեկության կազմակերպման հետ, կարո՞ղ է ուղղակի թողնել ավտոբուսն ու հեռանալ ուղևորներով լի։

Ո՛չ։ Դա կվերածվի աղետի։ Բայց կառավարիչը ժողովրդի հետ է խոսում այնպես, ինչպես վարորդը՝ ուղևորների հետ․ «Ով չի հավանում, իջեք»։ Իսկ ժողովուրդը չի կարող իջնել, որովհետև սա իր երկիրն է։

Եթե էլեկտրակայանի ինժեները համաձայն չէ պետական քաղաքականության հետ, կարո՞ղ է անջատել կայանը ու հեռանալ։

Ո՛չ։ Որովհետև հոսանքը կվերանա, երկիրը կխավարի։ Եթե այս տրամաբանությունը տարածենք, ապա յուրաքանչյուր մասնագետ կարող է ասել՝ «ես համաձայն չեմ, հեռանում եմ»։ Իսկ պետությունը կանգ է առնում։

Եթե ուսուցիչը համաձայն չէ կրթական ծրագրի հետ, կարո՞ղ է թողնել աշակերտներին դասարանի մեջ ու հեռանալ։
Ո՛չ։ Որովհետև այդ պահին սերունդը կմնա անգրագետ ու անպաշտպան։ Բայց հենց դա է առաջարկում ղեկավարը՝ ով չի հավանում, թող թողնի։

Այսինքն՝ ղեկավարը իր խոսքերով ոչ միայն իրեն դրեց ժողովրդի վերևում, այլև առաջարկեց քանդել պետության հիմքերը։

Նա ասաց՝ պետությունն իրենով է սահմանվում, ոչ թե հանրային ինստիտուտներով, ոչ թե ժողովրդի կամքով։

Սա ոչ թե ղեկավարի, այլ ֆեոդալի մտածողություն է․ «Ես եմ պետությունը, դուք իմ վասսալներն եք»։

Բայց իրականությունը բոլորին հայտնի է․ ընդամենը յոթ տարի առաջ այս մարդը ապրում էր կիսաքանդ տանը, առանց հեռանկարների, իսկ այսօր փորձում է բեմական խաղ ցուցադրել՝ իրեն ներկայացնելով որպես միակ իշխանություն, համարյա լյուդովիկոս ։

Նա ոչ թե Բոմարշեի հերոս է, այլ ողորմելի դերասան՝ առանց հանդիսատեսի։

Բնականաբար գավառական այս լյուդովիկին պետք է պատասխանեմ նրա ը կերուհու սիրելի Խորենացու ողբից մեջբերումով։

Որովհետև (մեզ) տիրեցին խստասիրտ ու չար թագավորներ, որոնք ծանր, դժվարակիր բեռներ են բարձում, անտանելի հրամաններ են տալիս, կառավարիչները կարգ չեն պահպանում, անողորմ են, սիրելիները դավաճանված են, թշնամիները զորացած, հավատը ծախսվում է այս ունայն կյանքի համար։
