«Երբ բերքը քիչ է լինում մեզ համար պրոբլեմ է, երբ շատ է լինում, էլի մեզ համար պրոբլեմ է». կառավարությունը տոմատի մածուկ արտադրողներին աջակցություն կտրամադրի լոլիկի մթերման համար

Կառավարության նիստում քննարկվում է լոլիկի մթերման սուբսիդիայի հարցը: Էկոնոմիկայի նախարար ԳևորգՊապոյանը ներկայացրեց նախագիծ, որով առաջարկվում է 25 թվականի լոլիկի մթերումների գործընթացի կազմակերպման համար տոմատի մածուկի արտադրության նպատակով լոլիկի մթերում իրականացնող տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտներին տրամադրել աջակցություն:

«24 թվականին մթերվել է 15,200 տոննա լոլիկ, իսկ այս տարի այս պահի դրությամբ ավելի քան 8,800 տոննա լոլիկ, որը շուրջ 5,000 տոննայով գերազանցում է նախորդ տարվա նույն օրվա ցուցանիշը:

Վերջին տարիներին արձանագրվել է տոմատի մածուկի միջազգային գների անկում և տեղական արտադրության տոմատի մածուկը գնային առումով մրցունակության խնդիրներ ունի ոչ միայն միջազգային շուկայում, այլ նաև տեղական շուկայում:

Տոմատի մածուկի շուկայում ստեղծված իրավիճակում տեղական հումքով տոմատի մածուկ արտադրող տնտեսվարողները շահգրգռված չեն լոլիկի մթերումների իրականացմամբ և ընթացիկ տարում առկա է շուրջ 7,000 տոննա լոլիկի մթերման խնդիր»,- ասաց նա:

Իսկ թե ինչ պայմաններով է սուբսիդիա տրամադրվելու, Պապոյանն այսպես ներկայացրեց. «2,000 տոննա ներառյալ լոլիկի մթերում իրականացնող տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտներին սուբսիդիա չի տրամադրվում: 2,000 տոննա գերզանացող մթերված լոլիկի յուրաքանչյուր 1 կգ դիմաց տրամադրվում է 10 դրամի չափով աջակցություն: Աջակցության տրամադրման համար նախապայման է սահմանվում, որ մթերվող լոլիկի նվազագույն գինը չի կարող լինել 40 դրամից ցածր և լոլիկի ամբողջ ծավալը պետք է մթերվի»:

Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն էլ ասաց, որ այս ծրագիրն իրականացնելու անհրաժեշտությունն առաջացել է լոլիկի առատ բերքի բերումով, ինչն իհարկե լավ է:

«Առիթ ունեցել եմ ասելու, որ երբ բերքը քիչ է լինում, մեզ համար պրոբլեմ է, երբ շատ է լինում, մեզ համար պրոբլեմ է: Ծրագրի իմաստն այն է, որ ոչ մի լոլիկ արտադրող չպետք է գործարանների դռների մոտ մնա»,- ասաց Փաշինյանը:

Ըստ վարչապետի՝ մեզ մոտ սեղանի լոլիկը բավականին լավ ապրանք է համարվում, իսկ արդյունաբերական լոլիկը չի համարվում, որ եկամտաբեր է: Ինչը Փաշինյանը պայմանավորեց նրանով, որ  մեզ մոտ մշակման արդյունավետության հետ կապված խորը խնդիրներ կան:

«Մեր երկրում արտադրողականության և արդյունաբվետության հետ կապված խորը խնդիրներ կան: Ես որքան հասկանում եմ, այս տարի ռեկորդային քանակի բերք ենք ստացել: Պետք է հասկանալ՝ ինչն է դրա պատճառը, գուցե նոր ընկալումներ են ձևավորվել և լոլիկով պետք է ավելի լուրջ զբաղվել: Ես վստահ չեմ, բայց մեր ուշադրությունը հրավիրում եմ այս փաստի վրա:

Ուզում եմ գոհունակությամբ նշել, որ բազմաթիվ վայրիվերումներից հետո գյուղատնտեսական ոլորտում թևակոխում ենք կայուն զարգացման փուլ: Պետք է արձանագրեմ, որ այդ թվերն ապացուցվում և հիմնավորվում են արտահանման ծավալով: Այն փաստը որ այս տարի գործնականում մեր հիմնական գյուղմթերքների արտահանման էական աճեր են գրանցվել, դա խոսուն է»,- ընդգծեց նա:
