Ողբերգական դեպք՝ Ծաղկաձորում, էլիտար շենքի մոտ հայտնաբերվել են մաhացած տղամարդիկ․ Shamshyan

Այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 28-ին, ողբերգական դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում։ Ժամը 11։30-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Կոտայքի մարզի քրեական ավրչությունում և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Հրազդանի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություն են ստացել, որ Ծաղկաձոր քաղաքում՝ Կեչառիս վանական համալիրի հարևանությամբ կառուցվող էլիտար թաղամասի հարևանությամբ, մահացած քաղաքացիներ կան։

Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ժամանել են Կոտայքի մարզի քրեական վարչության պետ Արթուր Զաքարյանը, ոստիկանության Հրազդանի բաժնի պետ Զորիկ Ավդիշոևը։

Ժամանել է նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Փրկարար ծառայության Հրազդանի հրշեջ փրկարարական  ջոկատից 1 մարտական հաշվարկ։

Տեղում քրեական, համայնքային ոստիկանները ու պարեկները հայտնաբերել են 2 տղամարդու մարմին, և պարզվել է նաև, որ 2 հոգու էլ օպերատիվորեն ժամանած «Հրազդան» բժշկական կենտրոնի շտապօգնության բժիշկների հերթապահ խումբը տեղափոխել է «Հրազդան» բժշկական կետրոն։ 

Դեպքի մասին Ոստիկանության Հրազդանի աբժնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչություն, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ վարչության պետ Հովհաննես Չալաբյանի, վարչության պետի տեղակալ Աշոտ Մելքումյանի և օրվա պատասխանատու հերթապահ քննիչի գլխավորությամբ։

Դեպքի փաստով քննչական վարչությունում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, որտեղ էլ պարզվոմ են մահացածների և վիրավորների ինքնությունը։

Դեպքի վայրում հավաքված մի քանի քաղաքացիներ, ովքեր հրաժարվեցին տեսախցիկի առաջ խոսելուց, նշում էին, որ մահացածները ու վիրավորները նշված վայրում երկաթե զրուցարան են տեղադրելիս եղել, երբ հավանաբար անզգուշաբար կպել են այդտեղով անցնող 10 000 վոլտ լարման հոսանքի լարերին և հոսնաքահարվել։
