Քանի որ հայտարարագրման համակարգը ձախողվել է, որոշել են մանրմունր «բարեգործություններ» անել. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Երեկ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարը հայտարարել է, որ 5-12-րդ դասարանի երեխաների համար դասագրքերի վարձավճարներից 3000 դրամ հետ կվերադարձվի ծնողներին... եկամուտների համընդհանուր հայտարարագիրը լրացնելու դեպքում։ Ինչո՞ւ է կառավարությունը հանկարծ որոշել նման «բարեգործություն» անել: Պատճառն իրականում այն չէ, որ կառավարությունում մտածում են քաղաքացիների մասին, այլ այն, որ հայմընդհանուր հայտարարագրման համակարգը պարզապես տոտալ ձախողված է:

Հիշեցնենք, որ մենք հարցում էինք ուղարկել ՊԵԿ ու ստացել պատասխան, որ հուլիսի 10-ի դրությամբ հայտարարագիր էր ներկայացրել 82636 քաղաքացի, այսինքն՝ նման պարտավորություն ունեցողների ընդամենը մոտ 10 տոկոսը: Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, ներկայում ևս վիճակը, մեղմ ասած, բարվոք չէ կառավարության համար, և մինչև նոյեմբերի 1-ը, տարբեր հաշվարկներով, հայտարարագիր կներկայացնի առավելագույնը 25 տոկոսը: Ի դեպ, մեզ հետ զրույցում «Հայաստանը ես եմ» նախաձեռնության ղեկավար Նաիրի Սարգսյանը նշել էր, որ պետական ամբողջ ապարատը լծված է հայտարարագրման գործընթացին և ահաբեկում է մարդկանց, որպեսզի ներկայացնեն հայտարարագիր, բայց չի ստացվում։ «82636-ն ընդամենը պետական ահաբեկման արդյունք է»,-ասել էր նա։
