Երրորդ նախագահն է Սամվել Կարապետյանին խնդրել գնել ՀԷՑ-ը

Մինչ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը շարունակում է բռնաճնշումները գործարար, բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանի դեմ, երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը երեկ ուշագրավ տեղեկություններ է հայտնել «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցերի» մասին։ Հիշեցնենք, իշխանություններն այս օրերին, բացի Կարապետյանին կալանքի տակ պահելուց, նաև ՀԷՑ-ի պետականացման ապօրինի գործընթաց են սկսել, ժամանակավոր կառավարիչ նշանակել և փորձում են խլել «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցերը» Սամվել Կարապետյանի ընտանիքից։

Սերժ Սարգսյանը երեկ իր դատական նիստից հետո ճեպազրույց է տվել լրագրողներին՝ նշելով, որ պետք է բացահայտ ասի, որ Սամվել Կարապետյանին ինքն է խնդրել, որ ռուսական մեկ այլ ընկերությունից ձեռք բերի «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցերը», որովհետև դրանք, իրոք, շատ վատ վիճակում էին։ «Պետք էր մարդ, ով սրտացավություն ցուցաբերեր, պետք էր մարդ, ով կցանկանար տևական ժամանակ շահույթ չհետապնդել, այլ ներդրումներ անել, ինչը գոնե մինչև 18 թվականը Սամվել Կարապետյանը կատարել է։ Ես չգիտեմ՝ դրանից հետո շարունակվել է, թեև կարծում եմ, որ շարունակված կլինի»,– նշել է Սերժ Սարգսյանը։

Երրորդ նախագահը փաստացի հաստատում է տեղեկությունները, որ Կարապետյանն ինքը, առանձնապես ցանկություն չունենալով, գնել է «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցերը» զուտ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օգնելու համար։ Այս տարիների ընթացքում ահռելի՝ մի քանի հարյուր միլիոն դոլարի ներդրումներ են կատարվել, հնարավորինս արդիականացվել են էլեկտրական ցանցերը։ Եվ այժմ Կարապետյանը բոլոր իրավունքներն ունի իր շահերը պաշտպանելու։

Հիշեցնենք, Կարապետյանների ընտանիքը 500 միլիոն դոլարի հայց է ներկայացրել արբիտրաժային դատարան՝ այդքան պահանջելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունից։ Իսկ գործող իշխանություններն, ընդհանրապես հաշվի չառնելով նրա վաստակը, զուտ բացառապես եկեղեցուն աջակցող մեկ անմեղ արտահայտության համար, ոչ միայն կալանավորել են Սամվել Կարապետյանին, այլ նաև փորձում են ունեզրկել նրան։ Իհարկե, այս իմաստով փաշինյանական իշխանության ատամները կոտրվելու են․ Կարապետյանը խոշոր ոսկոր է իշխանության կոկորդում։
