ՀՀ-ից ՌԴ պտուղ-բանջարեղեն, ծաղիկ տեղափոխելիս պետք է պահպանել ԵԱՏՄ և ՌԴ օրենսդրության պահանջները․ ՍԱՏՄ

Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմինը հորդորում է տնտեսվարողներին Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունից Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն բուսասանիտարական հսկողության ենթակա բեռներ (թարմ պտուղ-բանջարեղեն, ծաղիկ, սերմանյութ, տնկանյութ և այլն) տեղափոխելիս խստորեն պահպանել Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության օրենսդրության պահանջները, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում իրականացնել հարկային պարտավորությունները, որպեսզի հետագայում խուսափեք բեռների տեղափոխման սահմանափակումներից։ Սույն հորդորն առաջարկում ենք փոխանցել նաև Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության ձեր գործընկերներին։

Հիշեցնում ենք, որ, համաձայն Մաքսային Միության հանձնաժողովի 2010 թվականի հունիսի 18-ի «Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունում բույսերի կարանտինի ապահովման մասին» N 318 որոշմամբ հաստատված Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության մաքսային տարածքում կարանտինային բուսասանիտարական հսկողության (վերահսկողության) իրականացման կարգի մասին հիմնադրույթի (այսուհետ՝ Հիմնադրույթ), բեռի նշանակման վայրերում բեռները ենթակա են կարանտինային բուսասանիտարական հսկողության. ըստ այդմ՝ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության ձեր գործընկերները ՊԱՐՏԱՎՈՐ ԵՆ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության անասնաբուժության և ֆիտոսանիտարական վերահսկողության դաշնային ծառայությանը (Ռոսսելխոզնադզոր) 1 աշխատանքային օրվա ընթացքում տեղեկացնել նշանակման վայր բեռի ժամանման մասին, որպեսզի Ռոսսելխոզնադզորի աշխատակիցները հնարավորություն ունենան բեռի ժամանման վայրում իրականացնել կարանտինային բուսասանիտարական վերահսկողություն:

Հակառակ պարագայում, համաձայն Հիմնադրույթի, Ռոսսելխոզնադզորն իրավունք ունի առաջարկել Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնին Հիմնադրույթի պահանջները խախտած ընկերությունների անունով բուսասանիտարական սերտիֆիկատներ չձևակերպել։  

Միաժամանակ հայտնում ենք, որ 2025 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 1-ից և՛ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում, և՛ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում ուժեղացվելու է հսկողությունը օրենսդրության պահանջների պահպանման նկատմամբ, իսկ խախտում թույլ տված ընկերությունների նկատմամբ կիրառվելու են օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված պատասխանատվության միջոցներ։
