Կասեցվել է հացի արտադրամասի արտադրական գործունեությունը

ՀՀ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի  Արարատի մարզային կենտրոնի տեսուչները վերահսկողական միջոցառումներ են իրականացրել անհատ ձեռնարկատեր Արայիկ Ավետիսյանին պատկանող (Արարատ, գ․ Բյուրավան) հացի արտադրամասում։

Ստուգումների արդյունքում պարզել են, որ այն աշխատում է սանիտարահիգիենիկ պայմանների խախտումներով։

Հատկապես արձանագրվել են հետևյալ խախտումները՝

• արտադրամասի նախագծումը, կառուցվածքը և չափսը չեն ապահովել կենդանիների ներթափանցումից պաշտպանությունը,

• արտադրական շինությունները ապահովված չեն եղել կեղտի կուտակումներից, մասնիկները թափվելու հնարավորությունից, բորբոսի առաջացումից,

• արտադրամասի պատերի, հատակի, առաստաղների և պատուհանների մակերեսները պատրաստված չեն եղել անջրանցիկ, լվացվող, ախտահանվող նյութերից,

• արտադրական շինությունները չեն ապահովել պարենային հումքի, փաթեթավորման նյութերի և սննդամթերքի պահպանման պայմանները,

• արտադրական շինություններում պահվել են արտադրության ընթացքում չօգտագործվող պարագաներ,

• ապահովված չի եղել անձնակազմի համար հանդերձարանով,

• սահմանված չի եղել տեխնոլոգիական սարքավորումների, գույքի մաքրման, լվացման ախտահանման, միջատազերծման և կրծողների ոչնչացման գործընթացների պարբերականությունը,

• աշխատանքային մակերևույթները պատրաստված չեն եղել չներծծվող նյութերից։

Հաշվի առնելով վերը նշված խախտումները ՝ հացի արտադրամասի արտադրական գործունեությունը կասեցվել է։

  Սահմանվել է ժամկետ՝  բացահայտված անհամապատասխանությունները վերացնելու համար:
