Այդին Ռախիմբաևը կառուցում է արևային էլեկտրակայան` 20 տարվա պայմանագրով

Գործարար Այդին Ռախիմբաևի հետ կապված «Ալհենա» ընկերությունը Արալյան ծովում կառուցում է արևային էլեկտրակայան, գրում է Kursiv.media–ն։

Ընկերությունը գրանցվել է 2021 թվականի սեպտեմբերին։ Դրա միակ սեփականատերը «General Contractors Group»-ն է, որը պատկանում է BI Group-ին։ BI Group-ի բաժնետոմսերի ավելի քան 66%-ը պատկանում է Այդին Ռախիմբաևին: Նա 2025 թվականին Ղազախստանի ամենահարուստ գործարարների Forbes ցուցակում զբաղեցնում է 10-րդ տեղը՝ 967 միլիոն դոլար կարողությամբ։

Ընկերության կանոնադրության համաձայն, նրա գործունեության շրջանակը ներառում է արևային, ջերմային և այլ էլեկտրակայանների միջոցով էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրությունը, ինչպես նաև դրա փոխանցումը։

Հաղորդագրության մեջ նշվում է, որ «Ալհենա»–ն իրականացնում է վերականգնվող էներգիայի աղբյուրների միջոցով էլեկտրաէներգիա մատակարարելու նախագիծ: Նախագծի շրջանակներում, 2024 թվականին ընկերությունը 20-ամյա պայմանագիր է կնքել «Վերականգնվող էներգիայի աղբյուրների աջակցության հաշվարկային և ֆինանսական կենտրոնի» հետ։ Այժմ ընկերությունը նախագծում և կառուցում է արևային էլեկտրակայան Կիզիլորդայի մարզի Արալ քաղաքում՝ կՎտժ-ի դիմաց 17.38 տենգե գնով էլեկտրաէներգիա մատակարարելու պարտավորությունները կատարելու համար։ Շինարարության ավարտը նախատեսված է 2025 թվականի չորրորդ եռամսյակում: Նախագիծը 2024 թվականին ստացել է 20 միլիոն տենգեի ներդրում։

Ընկերությունը նաև ստացել է 346.5 միլիոն տենգեի ֆինանսավորում General Contractors Group-ից և BIGlobal-ից, որոնք նշված են որպես վերադարձելի, անտոկոս հիմունքներով ստացված վարկեր մինչև 2025 թվականի վերջը մարման ժամկետով։
