Նոր բարակ թաղանթային արևային վահանակները էներգիա են արտադրում երկու կողմերից

Հարավային Կորեայից հետազոտողները մշակել են բարակ թաղանթային արևային վահանակի նոր տեսակ, որը կարող է լույսը կլանել ինչպես առջևից, այնպես էլ հետևից, գրում է 4pda.to–ն: Այդ տեխնոլոգիան թույլ է տալիս ավելի շատ էներգիա արտադրել նույն տարածքում: Գյուտը հիմնված է պղնձի, ինդիումի և սելենի (CuInSe₂) վրա հիմնված բարակ թաղանթային տարրերի վրա, որոնք կիրառվում են թափանցիկ հիմքի վրա: Այս հայտնագործությունը հատկապես խոստումնալից է շենքերի պատուհանների, ջերմոցների և այլ ճարտարապետական լուծումների ինտեգրման համար:

Սովորական բարակ թաղանթային վահանակները արտադրության ընթացքում պահանջում են բարձր ջերմաստիճաններ, ինչը կանխում է ցածր ջերմակայունությամբ թափանցիկ հիմքերի օգտագործումը: Սակայն DGIST ինստիտուտի պրոֆեսորներ Դե-հվան Կիմի և Շի-ջուն Սոնի գլխավորությամբ գիտնականների թիմը գտել է 420 °C-ից ցածր ջերմաստիճաններում նման արևային մարտկոցներ արտադրելու միջոց: Հիմնական դերը խաղացել է արծաթի ավելացումը, որը նպաստել է բարձրորակ ծածկույթի ստեղծմանը նույնիսկ ցածր ջերմաստիճաններում:

Բացի այդ, հետազոտողները բարելավել են նյութի կառուցվածքը՝ ստորին շերտին ավելացնելով գալիումի գրադիենտ, ինչը մեծացրել է բջջի ներսում լիցքի փոխանցման արդյունավետությունը: Այս ամենը հնարավորություն է տվել հասնել բարձր արդյունավետության՝ 15.3 % առջևից և 8.4 % հետևից լուսավորության դեպքում, ինչը դարձել է աշխարհում լավագույն արդյունքներից մեկը նման տեխնոլոգիաների համար։

Հեղինակների խոսքով այս տեխնոլոգիան կարող է գտնել լայն կիրառություն սկսած շենքերում ապակեպատումից մինչև գյուղատնտեսություն և նույնիսկ ավելի բարդ հիբրիդային արևային լուծումներ: Հիմնականը կոմպակտությունն է, արտադրության հեշտությունը և էներգիա հավաքելու ունակությունը նույնիսկ անդրադարձված լույսից, ինչը նոր վահանակները դարձնում է հատկապես շահավետ իրական պայմաններում:
