Երևանի ամեն 42-րդ բնակիչը քաղցկեղ ունի. 5 տարում ՀՀ-ում քաղցկեղի տարածվածությունն ավելացել է 45%-ով

Առողջապահության ազգային ինստիտուտի՝ 2024թ. հրապարակած վերջին տվյալների համաձայն (ամփոփված են 2023թ. տվյալները, հեղ.)՝ Հայաստանում քաղցկեղ ունի մոտ 63 000 մարդ, այսինքն՝ ամեն 47-րդը։ Մահերի պատճառների թվում քաղցկեղը 2-րդ տեղում է (ընդհանուր մահերի 20% հենց քաղցկեղից է, հեղ.)։ Այս մասին ասվում է https://anvtangsnund.am/ կայքի՝ “Քաղցկեղածին թունաքիմիկատներ միրգ-բանջարեղենում. ինչ է մեր «առողջ» ափսեի մեջ”  հրապարակման մեջ:

5 տարում Հայաստանում քաղցկեղի տարածվածությունն ավելացել է 45%-ով. համեմատության համար, 2019թ-ին Հայաստանում քաղցկեղ ուներ ամեն 68-րդը։

Քաղցկեղի դեպքերն ամենաշատը Երևանում են. վերջին տվյալներով՝ Երևանի ամեն 42-րդ բնակիչ քաղցկեղ ունի։

Հաջորդը Լոռու մարզն է. քաղցկեղ ունի ամեն 44-րդը։ Ամենաքիչը դեպքերն Արմավիրի մարզում են. քաղցկեղ ունի մարզի ամեն 58-րդ բնակիչը։ Արմավիրի հաջորդում է Արագածոտնը. քաղցկեղ ունի մարզի ամեն 56-րդ բնակիչը։

Տոկոսային շատ քիչ տարբերությամբ՝ քաղցկեղ ավելի շատ հայտնաբերվում է կանանց մոտ։ Օրինակ, 2023թ.ին արձանագրված քաղցկեղի 8327 դեպքից 55,7%-ը կանանց մոտ է, 44,3%-ը՝ տղամարդկանց։

Թեև թե’ կանանց, թե’ տղամարդկանց մոտ դեպքերն ամենաշատը գրանցվել են 60-ից բարձր տարիքում, սակայն կանանց մոտ նկատվում է քաղցկեղի երիտասարդացում, մասնավորապես՝ 25-45 տարեկան կանանց շրջանում։ Օրինակ, 25-54 տարեկան կանանց մոտ քաղցկեղի դեպքերը մոտ 2 անգամ ավելի շատ են, քան նույն տարիքային խմբի տղամարդկանց մոտ։

Կամ 25-44 տարեկան կանանց մոտ արձանագրվել է քաղցկեղի 705 դեպք, նույն տարիքի տղամարդկանց մոտ՝ 208` 3 անգամ ցածր։ Այսինքն՝ 2023-ին կանանց մոտ արձանագրված քաղցկեղի դեպքերի ⅓ կամ 30%-ը բաժին է հասնում 25-54 տարեկան կանանց, տղամարդկանց մոտ՝ 24%-ին։

Կանանց մոտ ամենատարածվածը կրծքագեղձի քաղցկեղն է (դեպքերի 33%-ը, հեղ.), ամենաշատը հանդիպում է Երևանում, որին հաջորդում է Լոռին, ապա՝ Տավուշը։

Տղամարդկանց մոտ ամենատարածվածը շնչափողի, բրոնխների և թոքի (դեպքերի 21%) քաղցկեղն է. ամենաշատը հանդիպում է Շիրակի մարզում, որին հաջորդում է Երևանը, հետո՝ Լոռին։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ՝ շնչափողի, բրոնխների և թոքի քաղցկեղը տղամարդկանց մոտ 6 անգամ ավելի շատ է հանդիպում, քան կանանց։

Իսկ ստամոքսի, հաստ աղու և լյարդի քաղցկեղները, համեմատաբար, հավասար են տարածված թե’ կանանց, թե’ տղամարդկանց մոտ։ Ամենաքիչը թե’ կանանց, թե’ տղամադրկանց մոտ հանդիպում է լյարդի և ներլյարդային լեղուղիների քաղցկեղը։

Չարորակ լիմֆոմաները, որը, ըստ որոշ հետազոտությունների, ուղղակիորեն կարող է կապ ունենալ թունաքիմիկատների մնացորդային քանակների հետ, ամենաշատը հանդիպում է Վայոց Ձորում, հետո՝ Շիրակում և Լոռիում։
