Օվերչուկն իր հետ կոշտ զգուշացումներ է բերել

Երեկ, ինչպես և սպասվում էր, Հայաստան է ժամանել Ռուսաստանի փոխվարչապետ Ալեքսեյ Օվերչուկը, որը նաև հանդիպում է ունեցել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ։ Հիշեցնենք, նախքան այցը Օվերչուկը, թեև ողջունել էր Վաշինգտոնում ընդունված հռչակագիրը, նշել էր, թե «կան որոշ նրբություններ, որոնք կախված են, նախ և առաջ, Հարավային Կովկասում հաղորդակցության ուղիների ապաշրջափակման հետ»։ Ռուսական իշխանություններին մոտ կանգնած լրատվամիջոցներն էլ նշում էին, թե Հայաստանը խնդիրներ է ունենալու ԵԱՏՄ-ի հետ, քանի որ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Թրամփի հետ ստորագրված հռչակագիրը անմիջականորեն հակասում է ԵԱՏՄ օրենսդրությանը։

Պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության համաձայն՝ երեկ Փաշինյանն ու Օվերչուկը քննարկել են Հայաստան-Ռուսաստան երկկողմ օրակարգին վերաբերելի հարցեր, անդրադարձել Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության շրջանակներում համագործակցության ընթացիկ թեմաներին, ինչպես նաև առևտրաշրջանառության ծավալների դինամիկային ու համատեղ ծրագրերի իրականացման ընթացքին։ Այլ մանրամասներ ոչ հայկական, ոչ ռուսական կողմերը պաշտոնապես չեն հաղորդում։

Ռուսական աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, Օվերչուկը Հայաստան է ժամանել բավական կոշտ զգուշացումներով՝ Փաշինյանին տեղեկացնելով, որ նրա վաշինգտոնյան խաղերը չափազանց վատ են ընդունվում թե՛ Ռուսաստանի, թե՛ ԵԱՏՄ-ի մյուս գործընկերների կողմից, ովքեր թույլ չեն տալու օրենսդրության խախտումներ, հատկապես որ մաքսային և հարկային բոլոր տվյալները պետք է համադրվեն։

Ըստ էության, Փաշինյանի առաջ կոշտ հարց է դրվելու՝ կամ դուրս է բերում Հայաստանը ԵԱՏՄ-ից, կամ էլ պարզ պատժամիջոցներ կսկսեն կիրառվել։ Ընդ որում, Ռուսաստանը, որոշակիորեն թուլացնելով լարվածությունը Ուկրաինայի ուղղությամբ, արդեն ակտիվացել է Հայաստանի նկատմամբ և փորձելու է վերադառնալ Հարավային Կովկաս ողջ թափով։ Բնականաբար, փաշինյանական իշխանությունը հասկանում է այս վտանգը և փորձում այն չեզոքացնել։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, դա չափազանց բարդ, գրեթե անիրականանալի գործ է. հայտնի չէ, թե ինչ է նա պատասխանել Օվերչուկին, բայց հանդիպումից հետո, ըստ մեր աղբյուրի, Փաշինյանը չափազանց գունատ և նյարդային է եղել։
