Դեսպանների հավաքին ուշագրավ զարգացումներ են սպասվում

Օգոստոսի 25-ից 27-ը Սյունիքում, Կապան քաղաքում տեղի է ունենալու Արտաքին գործերի նախարարության տարեկան ամենամյա ժողովը, որը ընդունված է «դեսպանահավաք» անվանել։ Ավանդաբար օգոստոսին անցկացվող այս խորհրդակցությանը հրավիրվում են աշխարհի տարբեր երկրներում Հայաստանի դեսպանները, դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցիչները, ԱԳՆ աշխատակազմը, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանում հավատարմագրված դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչությունների ղեկավարները, և ներկայացնում են հաջորդ տարվա անելիքները արտաքին քաղաքական ճակատում։ Փաշինյանական իշխանությունը ամենևին էլ պատահաբար չէ, որ ընտրել է Սյունիքը, հատկապես վաշինգտոնյան համաձայնագրի ստորագրումից հետո, երբ Հայաստանի իշխանությունը պարտավորվել է «անխոչընդոտ ճանապարհ» տրամադրել Ադրբեջանին։ Փորձ է արվում քարոզչական նոր էֆեկտ հաղորդել իրենց խաղաղության կեղծ ու ձախողված օրակարգին, ուստի հենց դեսպանների հավաքն էլ անելու են Սյունիքում։

Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ բոլոր դեսպաններին պարտադրել են ներկայանալ Կապան և մասնակցել խորհրդակցությանը։ Ընդ որում, չի բացառվում, որ հենց այդ խորհրդակցության ընթացքում և դրանից հետո որոշ դիվանագետների պարզապես ազատեն աշխատանքից։ Բանն այն է, որ շատ դեսպաններ ամենևին էլ խանդավառված չեն վաշինգտոնյան փաստաթղթով, հրաշալի հասկանում են դրա թե՛ քաղաքական, և թե՛ դիվանագիտական խութերը, որոնք կարող են ոչ միայն երկրին վնաս հասցնել, այլ նաև ազդել իրենց անձնական կարիերայի վրա։ Ներքին խոսակցություններում որոշ դիվանագետներ, նաև ԱԳՆ աշխատակիցներ, հայտարարել են, թե ցանկանում են լքել իրենց աշխատանքը, քանի որ այլևս անհնար է աշխատել Փաշինյանի իշխանության օրոք, առավել ևս, ստորագրված համաձայնագիրը «ծանր հետևանքներ է ունենալու առաջիկայում», և չեն ցանկանում պատասխանատվություն ստանձնել։
