Փորձ է արվել ՀՀ ներկրել «բուպրենորֆին», «կոկաին», «հաշիշ» տեսակի թմրամիջոցներ (տեսանյութ)

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչությունը շարունակում է անզիջում պայքարը թմրամիջոցների և հոգեմետ նյութերի` Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմանով անօրինական տեղափոխման դեմ: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՊԵԿ-ից:

Օրերս Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայություն տվյալներ են ստացվել, որ քաղաքացին պատրաստվում է մաքսանենգ եղանակով Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն ներմուծել թմրամիջոցներ։ Նշված տեղեկությունները փոխանցվել են ՊԵԿ մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչություն։ ԱԱԾ և ՊԵԿ  աշխատակիցները համատեղ ձեռնարկել են համապատասխան օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ: Պարզվել է, որ ՀՀ քաղաքացի Գ․Թ․-ն, Բագրատաշեն սահմանային անցման կետով Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն է ներմուծելու տարբեր տեսակի թմրամիջոցներ: Արդյունքում քաղաքացին վերցվել է հսկողության։ Օրեր անց հիշյալ քաղաքացին մարդատար տրանսպորտային միջոցով ժամանել է։ ՊԵԿ մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչության օպերատիվ հետախուզության բաժնի աշխատակիցները, համագործակցելով պետական սահմանի ցամաքային անցման կետերում մաքսային սպասարկման և հսկողության վարչության աշխատակիցների հետ, մաքսային զննման են ենթարկել տվյալ տրանսպորտային միջոցը: Համապատասխան թաքստոցից հայտնաբերվել են «բուպրենորֆին» տեսակի թմրամիջոցի պարունակությամբ շուրջ 900 հաբ, 340 գրամ «կոկաին» և 50 գրամ «հաշիշ» տեսակի թմրամիջոցներ։

Պարզվել է, որ նշված տրասնպորտային միջոցով, բացի ՀՀ քաղաքացուց, Վրաստանից Հայաստան են ժամանել Վրաստանի քաղաքացիներ: Թմրամիջոցի մաքսանենգություն կատարած լինելու անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածի առկայության հիմքով  ՀՀ 2 քաղաքացի և Վրաստանի 2 քաղաքացի ձերբակալվել են և ներկայացվել Քննչական կոմիտեի Հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչության Մարդկանց թրաֆիքինգի, անչափահասների սեռական անձեռնմխելիության դեմ ուղղված և թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության հանցագործությունների քննության վարչություն:

Օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումները շարունակվում են` վերոնշյալ թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության մեջ ներգրավված հնարավոր այլ անձանց ինքնությունը պարզելու, ինչպես նաև Երևան քաղաքի տարբեր հատվածներում արդեն իսկ տեղադրված թմրամիջոցների փաթեթները հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:

Ծանուցում. հանցագործության համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով։
