ՔՊ-ն կարող է ընտրությունների գնալ դաշինքով

«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունն ակտիվորեն պատրաստվում է սեպտեմբերին կայանալիք իր ժողովին, որտեղ նոր վարչություն են ընտրելու։ Հիշեցնենք, թվով 42 անձինք են անդամության հայտ ներկայացրել, նրանցից միայն 20-ն է դառնալու նոր վարչության անդամներ։ ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, Փաշինյանն ամեն ինչ անում է, որ ընտրություններն անցնեն հենց իր ցանկացած հունով, իսկ վարչության անդամներ դառնան բոլոր այն անձինք, որոնք երբևէ չեն համարձակվել հակաճառել իրեն։

Ըստ այդմ, չի բացառվում, որ այս անգամ էլ փորձեն նախապես գրված ցուցակներով ընտրություն կազմակերպել, տեղական պատվիրակներին էլ հորդորեն ընտրել Փաշինյանի տված ցուցակներով։ Ընդ որում, մեր աղբյուրը նշեց, որ Փաշինյանը իր մերձավոր բոլոր թեկնածուներին պարտադրել է արձակուրդ չմեկնել, փոխարենը ակտիվորեն շրջել մարզերում, հանդիպել մարզային կառույցների ներկայացուցիչների հետ, ներկայացնել իրենց ծրագրերը՝ հետագայում կեղծիքի մասին խոսակցություններից խուսափելու համար։

Ի դեպ, չի բացառվում, որ այդ ու համագումարում նաև քննարկվի ՔՊ նախընտրական ցուցակի հարցը։ «Քաղպայմանագիրը» դեռ չի որոշել, թե ինչպես են մասնակցելու խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին. Առնվազն քննարկում են երկու տարբերակներ՝ կամ ընտրությունների գնում են միայն «Քաղպայմանագիր» կուսակցությունով, կամ էլ նոր դաշինք են ստեղծում, որի մեջ կարող են, օրինակ, ներգրավել Լևոն Շիրինյանի «Քրիստոնյա ժողովրդավարական վերածնունդ» կուսակցությանը։ Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, թեև ՔՊ-ում չափազանց դժգոհ են Շիրինյանի հետ համագործակցության հեռանկարից, բայց և Փաշինյանը նեղ շրջանակում հայտարարել է, թե Շիրինյանին ցուցակ ներգրավելու և նոր «Իմ քայլը» պայմանական անունով դաշինք ստեղծելու դեպքում կուսակցության քարոզչության համար անհրաժեշտ գումարների մի հսկա մասը կվճարի իշխանական օլիգարխներից մեկը։

Գաղտնիք չէ, որ հենց Խաչատուր Սուքիասյանն է Լևոն Շիրինյանի կուսակցության գլխավոր հովանավորը, ավելին՝ Շիրինյանի կուսակցության գրասենյակը գտնվում է Սուքիասյանին պատկանող շենքերից մեկում։ Իշխանական օլիգարխը ցանկանում է ավելի ամրապնդել իր դիրքերը և, իրենից բացի, նաև իր հավատարիմ անձանց ներգրավել ՔՊ ցուցակ, ուստի և ամեն ինչ անում է Շիրինյանին և նրա կողմնակիցներին ընտրական ցուցակում ներգրավելու համար։
