Հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող «թանկարժեք» տղամարդուն, ով ՌԴ-ում համարվում էր անորսալի, Կոտայքի պարեկները հայտնաբերեցին Երևանում

Օգոստոսի 7-ին ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության Կոտայքի մարզի գումարտակում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Երևան քաղաքի հասցեներից մեկում է գտնվում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության կողմից հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող տղամարդը: 

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ՊԾ Կոտայքի մարզի գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Վահագն Կարապետյանն ու նույն գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտի հրամանատար Վահե Գիգոլյանը հետախուզվողին տաք հետքերով հայտնաբերելու համար տեղեկությունը փոխանցում են գումարտակի հրամանատար Լևոն Բադալյանին, վերջինն էլ այդ մասին տեղեկացնում է վերադասին: 

Տեղում որոշվում է, որ պետք է չհապաղեն և Վ. Կարապետյանն ու Վ. Գիգոլյանը ժամանում են Երևան ու արդեն տեղում ՊԾ Երևան քաղաքի գնդի 4-րդ գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի ավագ պարեկ Վարանցովի Բալասանյանի, կրտսեր պարեկ Էլբակ Ավետիսյանի հետ դարանակալում են ենթադրյալ կասկածյալի գտնվելու վայրի մոտ ու կարճ ժամանակ անց պարզվում է, որ ՊԾ Կոտայքի մարզի գումարտակում ստացված օպերատիվ տեղեկությունը հավաստի է ու Թումանյան-Նալբանդյան փողոցների խաչմերուկում հայտնաբերում են ՌԴ քաղաքացի 47-ամյա Իլյա Պռեյսին, ում կասկածով պարեկները տեղափոխում են ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության կենտրոնական բաժին: 

Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ Ի. Պռեյսը հետախուզման մեջ է եղել 2024 թվականի դեկեմբերից Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության իրավապահների կողմից ՌԴ քրեական օրենսգրքի 160-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով, ինչի համար էլ նրան տեղափոխում են ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համայնքային ոսիտիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Երևան քաղաքի ձերբակալվածների պահման վայր: 

Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ նրա նկատմամբ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրված է եղել կալանքը և այսօր, քիչ առաջ, նրան տեղափոխել են ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության «Արմավիր» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ, մինչև որ Հայաստան կժամանեն ՌԴ իրավապահները, որպեսզի նրան տեղափոխեն Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն: 

Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով նաև Ի. Պռեյսը Ռուսաստանում իրավապահների կողմից որոնվող «թանկարժեք» հետախուզվողներից էր ու նա երկար ժամանակ ապրել է Ծաղկաձոր քաղաքում, մինչև որ նրա մասին իմացել է ՊԾ Կոտայքի մարզի գումարտակի հրամանաատարի տեղակալ Վ. Կարապետյանը ու արդեն հաշված ժամերի ընթացքում կատարված ճշտումներից հետո գործի է դրվել նրան բռնելու օպերացիան: 

 

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով։
