Յոթ զանգ՝ մեկ օրում. Փաշինյանը «հաշիվ» էր տալիս արածի համար

Հայաստանի վարչապետ պաշտոնը զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երեկ ամբողջ օրը զբաղված է եղել հեռախոսազանգեր կատարելով։ Ըստ կառավարության աշխատակազմի՝ Փաշինյանն օրվա ընթացքում զանգահարել է Իրանի նախագահ Մասուդ Փեզեշքիանին, Թուրքիայի նախագահ Էրդողանին, Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Մակրոնին, Վրաստանի վարչապետ Կոբախիձեին, Ղազախստանի նախագահ Տոկաևին, Հորդանանի թագավոր Աբդալլահ 2-րդին և Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին։ Իր ղեկավարից հետ չի մնացել նաև արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը, ով հեռախոսազրույցներ է ունեցել Սերգեյ Լավրովի ու Աբաս Արաղչիի, ինչպես նաև Եվրամիության դիվանագիտության ներկայացուցիչ Կայա Կալասի ու Ֆրանսիայի արտգործնախարար Ժան-Նոել Բարոյի հետ։

Գրեթե բոլոր հեռախոսազրույցներում, ըստ պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության, Փաշինյանը ներկայացրել է օգոստոսի 8-ին Վաշինգտոնում տեղի ունեցած բանակցությունների արդյունքները, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև համաձայնագրի նախաստորագրումը, Մինսկի խմբի մեխանիզմները լուծարելու մասին ԵԱՀԿ-ին ուղղված համատեղ դիմումը, տարածաշրջանային կոմունիկացիաների ապաշրջափակումը և այլն։ Ուշագրավն այս բոլոր զանգերից, ըստ էության, Ռուսաստան և Իրան արված հեռախոսազանգերն են, հատկապես այդ երկու երկրները չափազանց դժկամությամբ են ընդունել Վաշինգտոնում համաձայնագրի նախաստորագրումը՝ Դոնալդ Թրամփի մասնակցությամբ։

Ի դեպ, ռուսական կողմի տարածած հաղորդագրությունը բավականին լրջորեն տարբերվում է հայկական կողմի տարածած հաղորդագրություններից։ Ռուսական կողմի փոխանցմամբ՝ հեռախոսազրույցը կայացել է հայկական կողմի նախաձեռնությամբ, Վլադիմիր Պուտինը նշել է Երևանի և Բաքվի միջև կայուն խաղաղություն ապահովելու ջանքերի կարևորությունը։ «Ռուսական կողմը հաստատել է իր պատրաստակամությունը աջակցելու 2020-2022 թ․-ին ամենաբարձր մակարդակով հայտնի եռակողմ համաձայնագրերին, հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների համապարփակ կարգավորմանը, այդ թվում՝ տարածաշրջանում տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցությունների ապաշրջափակմանը»,- նշված է հաղորդագրությունում։

Ըստ էության, Ռուսաստանը Փաշինյանին զգուշացնում է, որ Վաշինգտոնում կայացած հանդիպումները չեն կարող գերակայել 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ին, ապա և ընդունված հայտարարություններին, ինչը վկայում է ռուսական կողմի բավականին կոշտ տրամադրվածության մասին։ Բնականաբար, որևէ բառ չկա, թե ինչ է պատասխանել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
