Գազի պայթյուն է տեղի ունեցել Ռուսաստանի կերակրի սոդայի խոշորագույն գործարանում

Ստերլիտամակում տեղակայված «Բաշկիրական սոդայի ընկերություն» ԲԲԸ-ի («Կաուստիկ» համալիր) արտադրական տարածքում տեղի է ունեցել գազի պայթյուն: Վթարի  մասին հայտնել են Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության տարածաշրջանային վարչությունից և հանրապետության իշխանությունները: Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության տվյալներով՝ հրդեհ չի եղել, սակայն հետևանքները վերացնելու համար ներգրավվել է 42 մարդ և 15 միավոր տեխնիկա:

Բաշկիրիայի առողջապահության նախարար Այրատ Ռախմատուլինը հայտնել է, որ 25 տուժած տեղափոխվել է հիվանդանոցներ: «Դեպքի վայրում աշխատում է 19 շտապօգնության խումբ: Բժշկական խմբերը Ուֆայից արագորեն մեկնել են օդային շտապօգնությամբ: Նրանց թվում են վերակենդանացնողներ, այրվածքների մասնագետներ և ակնաբույժ»,- գրել է նա թելեգրամյան ալիքում: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, ըստ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության քննչական կոմիտեի, վիրավորվել է առնվազն 36 մարդ: Ներկա պահին մահացածների մասին տեղեկություններ չկան:

БСК ընկերությունը РБК-ին պարզաբանել է, որ վթարը տեղի է ունեցել պլանային խոշոր վերանորոգման նախապատրաստական աշխատանքների ժամանակ. «ВХ-ПВХ» (վինիլքլորիդ - պոլիվինիլքլորիդ) համալիրի պիրոլիզի գազի տեխնոլոգիական խողովակաշարը եռակցման երկայնքով ապաճնշվել է: Վնասված հատվածը հագեցած էր ավտոմատ անջատման համակարգով, որը հնարավորություն էր տալիս արագորեն տեղայնացնել արտահոսքը: «ВХ-ПВХ»  համալիրի գործունեությունը ժամանակավորապես դադարեցվել է։

Բաշկորտոստանի Հանրապետության դատախազությունը ստանձնել է միջադեպի հանգամանքների հետաքննությունը: Քննչական կոմիտեի տարածաշրջանային վարչությունը սկսել է նախնական քննչական ստուգում: «Ներկայում անցկացվում է միջադեպի վայրի զննում, հարցաքննվում են ականատեսներ, և ստուգման ընթացքում կպարզվեն միջադեպին նպաստած բոլոր պատճառներն ու պայմանները»,- գրում է Քննչական կոմիտեն իր թելեգրամյան ալիքում։

«Բաշկիրական սոդա» ԲԲԸ-ն Ռուսաստանում սոդայի և խմորի սոդայի խոշորագույն արտադրողներից մեկն է, ինչպես նաև նշանակալի խաղացող է ПВХ-ի, կաուստիկ սոդայի և աղաթթվի արտադրության ոլորտում: Ընկերությունը «Росхим» ԲԲԸ ընկերությունների խմբի մաս է կազմում։
