Մեկ ու կես ամսում ավարտել են Բագրատ Սրբազանի դեմ գործի նախաքննությունը

Քննչական կոմիտեն հայտարարել է, թե ավարտել է Տավուշի թեմի նախկին առաջնորդ Բագրատ Գալստանյանի և նրա համախոհների գործի քննությունն ու ահաբեկչության և իշխանությունը յուրացնելու նախապատրաստության հոդվածներով մեղադրվող 18 անձանց գործն ուղարկել դատախազություն։ Ընդ որում, տրամաբանական կլիներ, որ քրեական այս գործը, եթե որևէ հանցակազմ կամ լուրջ ապացույց կար, Քննչական կոմիտեն բարեհաճեր բավականին երկար քննել։

Առնվազն, մեղադրանքի ծավալը, ինչպես նաև մեղադրյալների թիվը, փաստում է, որ գործը պետք է տասնյակ հատորներից բաղկացած լինի, բայց Քննչական կոմիտեն ընդամենը մեկուկես ամսում է ավարտել գործի քննությունը և դատախազություն ուղարկել։ Ինչը փաստացի ապացուցում է, որ Գալստանյանի դեմ ապացույցները պարզապես սարքվել են, փնթի ձևով կարվել, ինչպես սովորաբար անում է Քննչական կոմիտեն, և ցանկանում են ամեն գնով գործն ուղարկել դատարան, որպեսզի Գալստանյանի և նրա համախոհների վճիռը հնարավորինս շուտ կարդան և մեկուսացնեն հանրությունից։

Կալանավորված անձանցից միայն մեկը՝ Հրայր սարկավագն է ազատ արձակվել, մյուսները գտնվում են տարբեր քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներում։ Ինքը՝ Բագրատ արքեպիսկոպոսը պահվում է «Երևան-Կենտրոն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում, որտեղից փորձում է պայքարել թե իր իրավունքների և թե Հայաստանի Հանրապետության համար։ Փոխարենը գործող իշխանություններն ու նրանց մանկլավիկներն իսկական հարձակումներ են սկսել Բագրատ Գալստանյանի դեմ՝ նրան հնարավոր տարատեսակ մեղքերի մեջ մեղադրելով։ Գործն առաջիկայում կհասնի դատարան և ըստ մասնագետների անպայման փլուզվելու է՝ չունենալով ապացուցողական որևէ բազա, բայց, դա, թերևս, չի խոչընդոտի, որ հերթական «մասիսմելքոնյանը» մեղադրական վճիռ կայացնի արքեպիսկոպոսի նկատմամբ։
