Հանդիպման արդյունքներով կստորագրվի փաստաթուղթ. Փաշինյան-Թրամփ և Փաշինյան-Թրամփ-Ալիև բանակցությունների օրակարգը հայտնի է

Վաշինգտոնում վարչապետ Փաշինյանը երկկողմ հանդիպում կունենա Միացյալ Նահանգների նախագահի հետ, ապա եռակողմ հանդիպում՝ Դոնալդ Թրամփի ու Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ՝ միտված տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության, բարօրության և տնտեսական գործակցության առաջմղմանը։ Միացյալ Նահանգներում են «Լուրերի» նկարահանող խմբերը:

«Նախ տեղի կունենա Փաշինյան-Թրամփ հանդիպում, որի ընթացքում նախատեսվում է ստորագրել էներգետիկային, արհեստական բանականությանը, «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկին» վերաբերող փաստաթղթեր:

Ինչ վերաբերում է ամենաքննարկվող հարցին՝ արդյոք Վաշինգտոնի միջնորդությամբ կքննարկվի՞ Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան խաղաղության պայմանագիրը, նշվում է, որ հանդիպման արդյունքներով կստորգրվի փաստաթուղթ»,- տեղեկացնում է Վաշինգտոնում աշխատող «Լուրերի» թղթակից Մայա Խաչատրյանը:

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակության կազմում են ԱԳ նախարարը, փոխնախարարները, վարչապետի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարը, ԱԽ քարտուղարը, ԲՏԱ նախարարը:

Այսպիսով, այսօր՝ ժամը 22:30-ից, Վաշինգտոնում ակնկալվում են Փաշինյան-Թրամփ երկկողմ, ապա՝ Փաշինյան-Թրամփ-Ալիև եռակողմ բանակցություններ: Դրանք ամբողջությամբ ուղիղ հեռարձակվելու են Առաջինի լրատվական ալիքով, առաջին ալիքով և «Լուրերի» սոցիալական հարթակներում:

«Լուրերի» թղթակիցները Վաշինգտոնում նաև խնդրին տիրապետող փորձագետների հետ առանց տեսախցիկի զրույցներում պարզել են, թե ինչ ակնկալիքներ կան այսօրվա բանակցություններից, ինչ փաստաթղթեր կարող են ստորագրվել:

Ըստ շրջանառվող թեզերի՝ միջանցքի թեման փակվում է։ Չկա միջանցք, կան բացվող ճանապարհներ, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ապաշրջափակում։ Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը միմյանց ճանապարհներն օգտագործելու են նույն պայմաններով, միմյանց ինքնիշխանության, տարածքային ամբողջականության, իրավազորության շրջանակներում, փոխադարձության հիման վրա։ Հայաստանը երկաթուղային կապ է ստանալու արտաքին աշխարհի հետ՝ դեպի Իրան, դեպի Չինաստան, Կենտրոնական Ասիա, Ռուսաստան։

Հայաստանով անցնող ենթակառուցվածքները լինելու են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխանության ներքո՝ գործելու են ՀՀ օրենքները, ՀՀ պետական ինստիտուտները, իրավապահները։

ԱՄՆ նախագահի ներկայությամբ նախաստորագրվելու է Խաղաղության համաձայնագիրը, կողմերը ԱՄՆ նախագահի ներկայությամբ պարտավորվում են պահպանել խաղաղությունը, բացառել վրեժխնդրությունը, հրաժարվել միմյանցից տարածքներ գրավելու գործելակերպից՝ այսօր և ապագայում, հիմնված այն փաստի վրա, որ Հայկական ԽՍՀ և Ադրբեջանական ԽՍՀ տարածքները նույնական են անկախ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի տարածքների հետ։ Այս պայմաններում ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ գոյությունը ոչ միայն անիմաստ է, այլև կասկածի տակ կարող է դնել կողմերի անկեղծությունը, ուստի կողմերը համատեղ դիմելու են ԵԱՀԿ-ին, Մինսկի խումբը լուծարելու հարցով։ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև այսպիսով փաստացի խաղաղություն կհաստատվի։

Փորձագետների գնահատմամբ՝ Վաշինգտոնում կարձանագրվի, որ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև Խաղաղության Համաձայնագիրը պետք է ստորագրվի և վավերացվի, ինչի համար պատասխանատվություն է ստանձնում նաև ԱՄՆ նախագահը։

«Թրամփի ուղին» դիտարկվում է որպես ռազմավարական ենթակառուցվածքային նախագիծ՝ տարածաշրջանային հաղորդակցման նոր ցանցեր ձևավորելու և միջազգային կապերը խթանելու համար։ Ծրագիրը կարող է դառնալ Հայաստան-ԱՄՆ ներդրումային համաձայնագրի գործնական հիմք։
