Ozon Հայաստան-ի շրջանառությունը գրեթե կրկնապատկվել է

Ozon Holdings PLC-ը հայտարարում է 2025 թվականի երկրորդ եռամսյակի ոչ աուդիտավորված ֆինանսական արդյունքները։ Ընկերությունն առաջին անգամ ստացել է 1,6 միլիարդ հայկական դրամի մաքուր շահույթ, որը կապված չէ միանվագ եկամուտների հետ, իսկ ճշգրտված EBITDA-ն հասել է ռեկորդային՝ 187,9 միլիարդ դրամի։

2025 թվականի երկրորդ եռամսյակում Ozon-ի հասույթը աճել է 87%-ով և կազմել 1,09 տրիլիոն դրամ։ Շրջանառությունը (GMV)՝ ներառյալ ծառայությունները, երկրորդ եռամսյակում աճել է 51%-ով նախորդ տարվա համեմատ և կազմել 4,6 տրիլիոն դրամ։ Հայաստանում մարքեթփլեյսի շրջանառությունը գրեթե կրկնապատկվել է նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի արդյունքների համեմատ։

Երկրորդ եռամսյակի արդյունքներով ընկերությունն ունի 60,5 միլիոն ակտիվ գնորդ, ինչը 18%-ով ավելի է, քան մեկ տարի առաջ։ Հայաստանում աճի տեմպերը զգալիորեն ավելի բարձր են․ մեկ տարվա ընթացքում ակտիվ գնորդների բազան աճել է 1,5 անգամ։ Հաճախորդների հավատարմությունն էլ է աճում․ միջինում յուրաքանչյուր գնորդ տարեկան կատարում է ավելի քան 30 պատվեր Ozon-ում՝ 6-ով ավելի, քան մեկ տարի առաջ։

Արդյունքում, 2025 թվականի երկրորդ եռամսյակում ընկերությունը մատակարարել է երկու երրորդով ավելի պատվեր, քան նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածում՝ 539,4 միլիոն։ Հայաստանում պատվերների քանակն աճել է ավելի արագ՝ 1,5 անգամ տարեկան հաշվարկով։

Ընկերությունը մեծացրել է իր պահեստային տարածքները մինչև 3,7 միլիոն քառակուսի մետրի։ Հայաստանում ընկերության լոգիստիկ հնարավորությունները ներառում են Երևանում գործող տեսակավորման կենտրոնն ու ֆուլֆիլմենթ կենտրոնը։ Բացի այդ, ընկերությունն ակտիվորեն զարգացնում է պատվերների հանձնման կետերի ցանցը։

*Ռուբլով հաշվարկված ցուցանիշները վերափոխվել են դրամի՝ 2025 թվականի երկրորդ եռամսյակի միջին փոխարժեքով։

Ozon-ը բազմաբնույթ մարքեթփլեյս է՝ զարգացած լոգիստիկ ցանցով։ Ընկերությունը գործունեություն է ծավալում Ղազախստանում, Հայաստանում, Բելառուսում, Ռուսաստանում, Ղրղզստանում, Ուզբեկստանում, Ադրբեջանում, Վրաստանում, ինչպես նաև Չինաստանում և Թուրքիայում։ Հարթակն առաջարկում է շուրջ 370 միլիոն անուն ապրանքներ ավելի քան 20 կատեգորիաներում՝ գրքերից և հագուստից մինչև սննդամթերք և առողջապահական ապրանքներ: 60.5 միլիոն ակտիվ գնորդներ արդեն իսկ պատվերներ են ստանում Ozon-ի զարգացած լոգիստիկ ենթակառուցվածքի միջոցով, որը նաև թույլ է տալիս ավելի քան 600 հազար ձեռնարկատերերի վաճառել իրենց ապրանքները Ռուսաստանում և ԱՊՀ երկրներում:
