Ֆասթ Բանկը մեկնարկում է Fast Start որակավորման ծրագրի հերթական դասընթացները

Ֆասթ Բանկը ս․թ․օգոստոսի 18-ից մեկնարկում է Fast Start որակավորման ծրագրի հերթական դասընթացները, որը հնարավորություն է տալիս հետաքրքրված անձանց հեշտությամբ մուտք գործել բանկային համակարգ և սկսել մասնագիտական աճը։ Fast Start որակավորման ծրագիրը գործում է անվճար հիմունքներով, դրան կարող են դիմել բոլոր ուսանողներն ու նորավարտները։ Դասընթացի ավարտին մասնակիցները հնարավորություն ունեն աշխատանքի անցնել Ֆասթ Բանկում։ 

Ֆասթ Բանկի Անձնակազմի հավաքագրման և ուսուցման ծառայության ղեկավար Լիլիթ Գոմցյանը, անդրադառնալով բանկային համակարգում կարիերա սկսելու հնարավորություններին, նշել է․ «Շատերը համարում են, որ բանկային համակարգ մուտք գործելը բարդ է, բայց Ֆասթ Բանկում մենք հավատում ենք՝ յուրաքանչյուրն արժանի է լավ մեկնարկի: Ծրագրի նպատակն է՝ նպաստել ուսանողների և նորավարտների մասնագիտական աճին՝ տալով հնարավորություն մուտք գործել բանկային համակարգ։ Fast Start-ը պարզապես ծրագիր չէ, այն հնարավորություն է սովորելու, զարգանալու և կարիերա ստեղծելու մի թիմում, որտեղ հավատում են քո ներուժին»:

Fast Start նախաորակավորման ծրագրի ընթացքում մասնակիցները գործնական գիտելիքներ են ձեռք բերելու ֆինանսական խորհրդատուի մասնագիտական ուղղվածությամբ: Ծրագիրը տևելու է 7 օր։ Fast Start նախաորակավորման ծրագրին մասնակցելու համար անհրաժեշտ է անցնել հետևյալ հղումով։ 

Ֆասթ Բանկի ներդրումային գործառնությունների մասնագետ Անահիտ Պեպանյանը Fast Start  ծրագրի մասնակիցներից է․ «Համալսարանի կարիերայի բաժնից եմ ստացել նամակ ու շատ ուրախությամբ և մեծ ակնկալիքներով դիմել եմ Fast Start ծրագրին: Երկու տարի առաջ մասնակցել եմ ու շատ-շատ բավարարվել են իմ ակնկալիքները ծրագրում», - ասել է նա:

Հավելենք նաև, որ ծրագիրը մեկնարկել է դեռ 2021 թվականին։ Մինչ այժմ իրականացվել է 11 Fast Start նախաորակավորման ծրագիր ավելի քան 275 մասնակիցներով։ 110 դիմորդ այսօր աշխատում են ինչպես Ֆասթ Բանկի մասնաճյուղերում, այնպես էլ  գլխամասի տարբեր ստորաբաժանումներում։

Ֆասթ Բանկը թվային բանկ դառնալուն միտված ընկերություն է, որը 24/7 աշխատանքային գրաֆիկով ներկայացված է Երևանում և Հայաստանի բոլոր մարզերում, գործում է նաև Բանկի հավելվածը։

Ֆասթ Բանկը վերահսկվում է ՀՀ Կենտրոնական բանկի կողմից։
