Շվեյցարիայի նախագահի՝ Թրամփի հետ անհաջող հեռախոսազրույցը երկրին միլիարդավոր դոլարների վնաս կբերի. Bild

ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը չափազանց բարձր՝ 39% մաքսատուրքեր է սահմանել Շվեյցարիայի նկատմամբ։ Շվեյցարիայում դրա համար պատասխանատու են համարում երկրի նախագահին. ասում են, որ Կարին Քելլեր-Սաթերն անհաջող զրույց է ունեցել ամերիկացի գործընկերոջ հետ, հաղորդում է Bild-ը՝ շվեյցարական Tagesanzeiger հրատարակությանը հղումով:

Ընդամենը երեք շաբաթ առաջ Քելլեր-Սաթերը հարցազրույցի ժամանակ պարծեցավ, թե ինչպես է իրեն «հաջողվել գտնել մոտեցում Թրամփի հետ»։ Նրա հետ բանակցություններին նախապատրաստվելու համար նա նույնիսկ կարդացել է նրա «Գործարքի արվեստը» գիրքը։ Սակայն դա նրան չօգնեց։

Հուլիսի 31-ին, ժամը 20:30-ին, Քելլեր-Սաթերը զանգահարել է Թրամփին և փորձել համաձայնության գալ 10% մաքսատուրքերի վերաբերյալ: Թրամփը գոհ չէր, և զրույցը սրվել է:

Ըստ 24 Heures թերթի՝ Շվեյցարիայի նախագահը փորձել է փրկել իրավիճակը և բազմիցս բացատրել է իր զրուցակցին, թե ինչպես է ԱՄՆ-ն Շվեյցարիայի հետ առևտրային հարաբերություններում հասել 39 միլիարդ դոլարի առևտրային դեֆիցիտի։ Սա, ըստ երևույթին, միայն վատթարացրել է իրավիճակը. Թրամփը բացատրությունները բացասական է ընկալել է և իրեն «դասախոսություն» տալու փորձ։

Հրատարակության տվյալներով՝ ժամը 20:38-ին բանակցություններին մասնակցող շվեյցարացի դիվանագետը ամերիկյան կողմից SMS է ստացել հետևյալ բովանդակությամբ՝ ավելի լավ է ավարտել զրույցը, քանի դեռ իրավիճակը լիովին չի վերահսկողությունից դուրս եկել: Երկու րոպե անց զանգն ավարտվել է, և պարզ է դարձել, որ 10% մաքսատուրքերի շուրջ գործարք չի լինի:

Ավելի ուշ՝ նույն երեկոյան, Վաշինգտոնից ապշեցուցիչ հայտարարություն է եկել. ԱՄՆ-ն սահմանում է ավելի բարձր մաքսատուրքեր, քան սպառնացել էր՝ 39%: Սպիտակ տունը բացատրել է. Շվեյցարիան հրաժարվում էր զիջումների գնալ:

Շվեյցարիայի կառավարությունը մեղադրել է Քելլեր-Սաթերին միամտության համար, քանի որ նա չուներ «Բ» պլան բանակցությունների ձախողման դեպքում: Շվեյցարիայի տեխնոլոգիական ասոցիացիայի ղեկավար Ստեֆան Բրուպբախերը մաքսային ֆիասկոն անվանել է «սև օր»:

«Սա տասնյակ հազարավոր արտադրական աշխատատեղեր է վտանգում», - նշել է նա։

Շվեյցարիան պատրաստվում է փորձել վերանայել համաձայնագիրը։ Օգոստոսի 4-ին տեղի ունեցած արտակարգ նիստից հետո կառավարությունը հայտարարել է, որ պատրաստ է ԱՄՆ-ին «ավելի գրավիչ առաջարկ» անել։ Հարցն այժմ այն է, թե արդյոք Թրամփը կընդունի այն։
