Շիրակի թեմի առաջնորդին կոտրել չի հաջողվի

Դատախազությունը հաստատել է Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու Շիրակի թեմի առաջնորդի մեղադրանքն ու գործն ուղարկել դատարան։ Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգի տվյալներով՝ գործը մակագրվել է դատավոր Արմինե Մելիքսեթյանին։ Հիշեցնենք՝ Միքայել Սրբազանը կալանավորված է հունիսի 28-ից, նրան մեղադրում են իշխանությունը զավթելու կոչեր անելու մեջ։

Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանն էլ մերժել էր Սրբազանի փաստաբանների միջնորդությունը՝ նրան կալանքից ազատելու վերաբերյալ։

Ըստ իրավապաշտպանների՝ մեղադրանքը հաստատելուց հետո, Աջապահյանին կալանավորելու անհրաժեշտությունը անհետացել էր և օրենքով պահանջվում է նրան ազատ արձակել։ Սակայն փաշինյանական իշխանությունը, ինչպես հայտնի է, ոչ Աջապահյանի, ոչ էլ մյուս քաղբանտարկյալների դեպքում իրավական կատեգորիաներով չի առաջնորդվում, փորձում է պատժել այդ մարդկանց, իսկ որպես պատիժ հասկանում են միայն կալանավայրում պահելը։ Առավել ևս, որ Միքայել Սրբազանին Բագրատ արքեպիսկոպոսին և գործարար, բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանին պահում են ամենաամուր քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներից մեկում՝ «Երևան-կենտրոն»-ում։

Այդուհանդերձ, գործող իշխանություններին այդպես էլ չի հաջողվում կոտրել քաղբանտարկյալների կամքը, շատերը, այդ թվում նաև Միքայել Սրբազանը ուղերձներ են հղում բանտերից, նշելով, որ շարունակելու են իրենց պայքարը Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը զավթած իշխանությունների դեմ։ Փաշինյանի ողջ նպատակը նման դատական շոուներով, ընդդիմախոսներին նեղելով և կալանավորելով մինչև 2026 թվականը ձգելն է, այն ժամանակ էլ ընտրությունները կեղծելու միջոցով հերթական անգամ վերարտադրվելը։

Արդյո՞ք հայ հասարակությունը կհանդուրժի նման իշխանություն, պարզ կլինի 2026 թվականի հունիսին, երբ տեղի են ունենալու խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները, իսկ մինչ այդ ընդդիմության համախմբման և միասնական ճակատով հանդես գալու իրական հրամայական է առաջացել։
