ԱՄՆ-ը օգոստոսի 7-ից մաքսատուրքեր է կիրառելու 68 երկրների և Եվրամիության նկատմամբ

ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը 68 երկրների և ԵՄ նկատմամբ օգոստոսի 7-ից առևտրային մաքսատուրքեր սահմանելու հրամանագիր է ստորագրել։ «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին հայտնում է CNN-ը:

Լրատվամիջոցը նշում է, որ հրամանագիրը մեկ շաբաթից կիրառելու որոշումը պայմանավորված է նոր մաքսատուրքերի հավաքագրման համար անհրաժեշտ փոփոխություններ կատարելու նպատակով մաքսային և սահմանային ծառայություններին բավարար ժամանակ տալու հանգամանքով:

Ընդ որում, Սպիտակ տանը մանրամասնել են, որ որոշ երկրների, այդ թվում՝ Չինաստանի, Կանադայի և Մեքսիկայի նկատմամբ մաքսատուրքերի չափը կարգավորվում է առանձին հրամանագրերով։ Նշվում է, որ Կանադայի նկատմամբ մաքսատուրքերը 25-ից հասել են 35 տոկոսի։

Հաղորդվում է նաև, որ նոր մաքսատուրքերը նախկինի պես չեն տարածվում այն ապրանքների վրա, որոնք ներառված են ԱՄՆ, Մեքսիկայի և Կանադայի միջև կնքված համաձայնագրով (USMCA) նախատեսված արտոնյալ սակագնային ռեժիմի պահանջներին համապատասխանող ապրանքների ցանկում։

Հրամանագրում չնշված երկրներից կգանձվի 10% դրույքաչափով հիմնական սակագին։

Առավել բարձր մաքսատուրքերի ենթակա երկրների թվում են Սիրիան (41%), Մյանման (40%), Լաոսը (40%), Շվեյցարիան (39%), Սերբիան (35%), Իրաքը (35%), Ալժիրը (30%) և Բոսնիա-Հերցեգովինան (30%): ԱՊՀ երկրներից մաքսային առավել ուժեղ ազդեցության գոտում են Ղազախստանը և Մոլդովան՝ 25-ական տոկոս:

ԵՄ երկրներից ներմուծվող ապրանքների համար սահմանվել է 15% մաքսատուրք։

Մաքսատուրքերի սահմանումը բացասական արձագանք է առաջացրել դրանցից առավել շատ տուժող գրեթե բոլոր երկրներում:
