Հայաստանը վերածում են ոստիկանական բռնապետության

Խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին ընդառաջ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հերթական անգամ ուժեղացնում է Հայաստանի ոստիկանությունը։ Երեկ կառավարությունը որոշում է ընդունել ոստիկանության գվարդիային նոր հատուկ տեխնիկա տրամադրելու մասին։ Ընդ որում, նշվում է, թե հակաահաբեկչական գործողությունների իրականացմանը մասնակցելիս կամ ռազմական դրություն հայտարարված տարածքում իրականացվող պատերազմական գործողությունների շրջանակում հատուկ առաջադրանքներ կատարելիս ՀՀ ոստիկանության գվարդիան այսուհետ կունենա հատուկ տեխնիկա։

Գվարդիայի սպառազինության մեջ ընդգրկվելու է զրահափոխադրիչ ԲՏՌ-80, զրահափոխադրիչ ԲՌԴՄ-2 տեսակի զրահամեքենաներ։ Որոշումն ուժի մեջ է մտնում արդեն այս տարվա նոյեմբերի 1-ից։

Ոստիկանության զորքերը Փաշինյանի օրոք արդեն անցած տարի վերածվեցին ոստիկանության գվարդիայի, և իշխանությունը այս կառույցը, ի հաշիվ ազգային անվտանգությանն ապահովող այլ կառույցների, ամրապնդում է՝ սեփական իշխանությունը պահպանելու համար։ Ոստիկանությունը Հայաստանում վաղուց վերածվել է գործող իշխանությունների խամաճիկի, բռնաճնշումներ և ուժային գործողություններ իրականացնելով ընդդիմադիր տրամադրված անձանց, հանրահավաքների մասնակիցների նկատմամբ, և այժմ էլ Փաշինյանը հերթական պետական գումարներն է մսխում ոստիկանության վրա։

Իհարկե, գործող իշխանությունները հասկանում են, որ Խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին ընդառաջ Հայաստանում բավական լուրջ ֆորս-մաժորային իրադարձություններ են սպասում, և իրապես աշխատելու, հասարակության վստահությունը ստանալու փոխարեն նախընտրում են Հայաստանը վերածել ոստիկանական բռնապետության։
