Ադրբեջանի հերթական լկտիացումը և ռուսական մեղմիկ արձագանքը

44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո Ադրբեջանը զբաղված է օկուպացված Արցախի տարածքում հայկական հետքի ոչնչացմամբ։ Բազմաթիվ հուշարձաններ արդեն իսկ հողին են հավասարեցվել, մյուսների ճակատագիրն էլ անհայտ է մնում։ Ոչնչացվող հուշարձանների թվում են նաև Հայրենական մեծ պատերազմին նվիրված հուշարձանները։ Ընդ որում, տարօրինակ կերպով Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարարությունն ամենևին էլ երբեք չի դատապարտել Ադրբեջանին նման գործողությունների համար։

Վերջին կաթիլը, որ ի վերջո հարուցել է ռուսական կողմի մտահոգությունն ու դատապարտման խոսքերը, եղել է Ստեփանակերտում ծովանկարիչ Հովհաննես Այվազովսկու հուշարձանի ոչնչացումը։ Ակնհայտորեն, այժմ դատապարտող հայտարարությունները հնչում են Ռուսաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հարաբերությունների վատթարացման ֆոնին։ Ռուսաստանի նախագահի միջազգային մշակութային համագործակցության հարցերով հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Միխայիլ Շվիդկոյը հայտարարել է, թե Ստեփանակերտում Այվազովսկու հուշարձանի ոչնչացումը Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ անբարյացակամ գործողություն է, որը խորը վրդովմունք է առաջացնում։

Այվազովսկու հուշարձանը Ստեփանակերտում տեղադրվել էր 2021 թ․-ին՝ ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորքերի մասնակցությամբ, քանդակագործն էլ՝ ազգությամբ՝ ռուս էր։

Ռուսական կողմից այժմ պարզաբանումներ են պահանջում պաշտոնական Բաքվից, թե ինչու են ոչնչացրել այս հուշարձանը։ Ադրբեջանը իրեն բնորոշ ցինիզմով ոչ միայն չի հերքել է տեղեկությունը, այլև հայտարարել է, թե ծովանկարչի կիսանդրու տեղադրումը ռուս խաղաղապահների կողմից եղել է առանց Բաքվի հետ համաձայնության և անօրինական էր։


Ավելին, Բաքուն նաև ռուսական պետական ՏԱՍՍ գործակալությունից պահանջել է ներողություն խնդրել Ստեփանակերտի հայկական տեղանունը կիրառելու համար՝ սպառնալով, որ հակառակ դեպքում միջոցներ կձեռնարկեն Ադրբեջանում ՏԱՍՍ-ի գործունեության դեմ՝ համաձայն օրենքի։

Ռուսական լրատվամիջոցը իր հրապարակումից Ստեփանակերտ բառը հանել է, բայց և ակնհայտ է, որ ռուս-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունները հերթական հարվածն է ստացել։

Թե մինչև ուր կգնա Ռուսաստանի դիրքորոշման կոշտությունը, բարդ է ասել, հատկապես որ նույնիսկ մի մեղմ ձևակերպումը ստիպված են լինում հանել Բաքվի պահանջով։
