Զախարովան վերածվել է Ադրբեջանի խոսափողի

Ռուսաստանում պարբերաբար բողոքում են Հայաստանում հակառուսական տրամադրությունների աճի վերաբերյալ, բայց հարկ է նշել, որ ռուսական իշխանությունները, առնվազն նրա մի թևը, ևս բավականին լուրջ մեղք ունեն այս կապակցությամբ, և առաջին հերթին հենց Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարարությունն է՝ իր հայազգի ղեկավարի գլխավորությամբ։

Ռուս-ադրբեջանական հակամարտության սրման ֆոնին Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն բացարձակապես չի ցանկանում քննադատություններ հնչեցնել Իլհամ Ալիևի և Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների հասցեին, թեպետ պաշտոնական Բաքուն անընդհատ սրում է հարաբերությունները։ Ադրբեջանական մամուլում վերջին շրջանում նաև կարծիքներ  են շրջանառվում ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ համագործակցության խորացման անհրաժեշտության մասին։ Հայաստանի պարագայում, եթե Մարիա Զախարովան անմիջապես զայրացագին հայտարարություններ կաներ, ապա երեկվա ճեպազրույցում արդեն, երբ նրան հարց են տվել ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ներում տարածված տեղեկությունների վերաբերյալ, ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչը խուսափողական պատասխան է տվել և, ընդհակառակը, հարցը փոխադրել է տարածաշրջանային երկրների, այդ թվում Հայաստանի վրա։ 


«Դուք գիտեք, որ ՆԱՏՕ-ն՝ որպես դաշինք, կամ նրա առանձին անդամ պետությունները, արդեն երկար ժամանակ է, ինչ փորձում են ամրապնդվել Հարավային Կովկասում։ Դաշինքի նպատակը, կարծում եմ, ակնհայտ է։ Մենք բազմիցս խոսել ենք դրա մասին, առ այն, որ հիմնական նպատակը տարածաշրջանի երկրների պոտենցիալը և կոլեկտիվ Արևմուտքի շահերից ելնելով ռեսուրսները օգտագործելն է, հատկապես մեր երկրի հետ աշխարհաքաղաքական դիմակայության մասով։ Այստեղ համալիր մոտեցում է։ Այսինքն՝ նրանք մեկը մյուսից չեն բաժանում»,- ասել է Զախարովան։


Նրա խոսքով՝ Արևմուտքը «հետխորհրդային տարածքում հավասար հարաբերությունների կարիք չունի»։ «Նրանց պետք է ռեսուրսներ վերցնել, երկրներին միմյանց դեմ հանել, ամեն ինչ բորբոքել և իրենց պահել պարզապես որպես տիպիկ գաղութարարներ, որպես տիպիկ ստրկացնողներ, որպես տիպիկ իմպերիալիստներ։ Մենք հույս ունենք, որ տարածաշրջանի երկրները, ներառյալ Ադրբեջանը և Հայաստանը գիտակցում են ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ համագործակցության խորացման ռիսկերը, որովհետև դա իսկապես ռիսկեր է պարունակում, իսկ իրավիճակը սրվում է։ Եվ բոլորին քաջ հայտնի է, թե ինչպես է դա ավարտվում։ Ամենուր, որտեղ հայտնվում է Հյուսիսատլանտյան դաշինքը՝ տիրում է առճակատում, աճում է ռազմական լարվածությունը, մոռացվում են «խաղաղություն», «կայունություն», «նորմալություն» բառերը»,- նշել է նա։ 


Փաստացի, Զախարովան այս անգամ անգամ էլ վերածվել պաշտոնական Բաքվի խոսափողի, առանց գիտակցելու, որ ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ հարաբերությունները Հայաստանն էլ, հարևաններն էլ զարգացնում են ընդամենը Ռուսաստանի որոշակի իշխանական շրջանակների անհեռատեսության և հակառուսական տրամադրությունների աճի ֆոնին։
