Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը դասախոսությամբ հանդես Է եկել Սլավոնական համալսարանի ինժեներական ամառային դպրոցում

Ucom-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը հանդես է  եկել առաջնորդության թեմայով դասախոսությամբ՝ Դիլիջանում անցկացվող ինժեներական ամառային դպրոցի շրջանակներում։  

Ամառային դպրոցը կազմակերպվել է Հայ-Ռուսական (Սլավոնական) համալսարանի կողմից՝ գերմանական ՌՈԴԵ ԵՎ ՇՎԱՐՑ (Rohde & Schwarz) թեստավորման և չափումների ոլորտում առաջատար ընկերության և Լոկատոր ընկերության հետ համագործակցությամբ։ Դպրոցի նպատակն է զարգացնել մասնակիցների մասնագիտական կարողությունները հեռահաղորդակցության, անլար կապի համակարգերի, շարժական 4G/5G տեխնոլոգիաների, քվանտային ֆիզիկայի և հարակից ոլորտներում՝ համադրելով տեսական գիտելիքները գործնական հմտությունների հետ։

Իր ելույթում Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը ներկայացրեց առաջնորդության հիմնական սկզբունքները, արդյունավետ կառավարման մոտեցումները, ինչպես նաև կարևորեց փափուկ հմտությունների և անձնական տեսլականի դերը մասնագիտական հաջողությունների հասնելու գործընթացում։ Բացի այդ, նա անդրադարձավ նաև հեռահաղորդակցության ոլորտի մարտահրավերներին, 5G տեխնոլոգիաների ժամանակակից միտումներին և ոլորտի զարգացման հեռանկարներին։

«Ucom-ում մենք շատ ենք կարևորում տեխնոլոգիական կրթությունը, և ողջունում ենք երիտասարդների համար ստեղծված նման ցանկացած հնարավորություն։ Ուրախ եմ, որ այսօր  հնարավորություն ունեցա իմ գիտելիքներով և փորձով կիսվելու ամառային դպրոցի մասնակիցների հետ։ Հավատացած եմ, որ բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտում ապագա մասնագետների պատրաստման գործում այսօրվա ներդրումների շնորհիվ վաղը կունենանք նորարար և մրցունակ մասնագիտական համայնք», – նշեց Ucom-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը։

Ելույթից հետո տեխնիկական տնօրինության աշխատակիցներն իրականացրեցին դրայվ թեսթ, և մասնակիցները հնարավորություն ունեցան գործնականում անցկացնելու դրայվ թեսթ՝ ստուգելով բջջային ցանցի ռադիոծածկույթի, որակի, ինչպես նաև շահագործվող կայանների հիմնական պարամետրերը։ 

«Ամառային դպրոցն իր կարևորությամբ եզակի հարթակ է, որը հնարավորություն է տալիս երիտասարդ մասնագետներին և ուսանողներին խորացնել գիտելիքներն ու ձեռք բերել նոր հմտություններ՝ կիրառելով դրանք պրակտիկ խնդիրների լուծման մեջ։ Այսպիսի ծրագրերը խթանում են գիտական և ինժեներական մտածողության զարգացումը, ինչը չափազանց կարևոր է Հայաստանի տեխնոլոգիական ապագայի համար։ Կազմակերպիչները բարձր են գնահատում նման առաջատար ընկերությունների մասնակցությունը, քանի որ այն հնարավորություն է տալիս մասնակիցներին շփվել ոլորտի փորձառու մասնագետների հետ և ներգրավվել իրական նախագծերում», – նշել է Հայ-Ռուսական (Սլավոնական) համալսարանի ինժիներա-ֆիզիկական ինստիտուտի տնօրեն տ․գ․թ․ դոցենտ Ահարոն Ահարոնյանը։

Նշենք, որ բարձր տեխնոլոգիական ուղղվածությամբ 5-օրյա ամառային ինժեներական դպրոցը նվիրված է ժամանակակից կապի ցանցերի և քվանտային հաղորդակցման տեխնոլոգիաների խորացված ուսումնասիրմանը։ 

Ծրագրին մասնակցել է 17-ից 25 տարեկան 50 երիտասարդ։
