Ադրբեջանը միտումնավոր է կրակի մատնում հայկական հուշարձանները

Արդեն մեկ շաբաթ է՝ Արցախի անտառներն ու գյուղերը կրակի մեջ են։ Ադրբեջանի արտակարգ իրավիճակի նախարարությունը հայտարարում է, թե փրկարարները հրդեհաշիջման աշխատանք են իրականացնում, օդում էլ ուղղաթիռներով են փորձում մարել կրակը, բայց հրդեհը տեղայնացվելու փոխարեն ավելի է տարածվում։ Ընդ որում, բազմաթիվ մասնագետներ նշում են, որ Ադրբեջանը իսկական հնարավորություն ունի մարելու օկուպացված տարածքներում մոլեգնող հրդեհը, բայց միտումնավոր է թույլ տալիս դրա տարածումը։

Արցախի մշակույթի նախարարության տվյալներով, վերջին մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում բռնկված հրդեհները լուրջ սպառնալիք են ստեղծում Արցախի պատմամշակութային ժառանգության համար։ Հրդեհների հետևանքով վտանգված է շուրջ 100 պատմամշակութային հուշարձան, կրակի տարածման գոտում են հայտնվել Տիգրանակերտի պատմամշակութային արգելոցը, Ամարասի վանական համալիրը, ինչպես նաև Թալիշ համայնքի շրջակայքում և մի շարք այլ բնակավայրերում գտնվող նշանակալի հուշարձաններ։ Ադրբեջանը միջազգային իրավունքի և մշակութային ժառանգության պաշտպանության վերաբերյալ կոնվենցիաների համաձայն պարտավոր է իր վերահսկողության ներքո գտնվող տարածքներում ապահովել մշակութային և բնական ժառանգության պահպանումը, ձեռնարկել անհետաձգելի միջոցներ հրդեհները մարելու և հասցված վնասների վերականգնման ուղղությամբ։

Բայց, ըստ երևույթին, Բաքվում նպատակահարմար են գտել հայկական հետքը վերացնելու համար օգտագործել նաև բնության տարերքը, ընդ որում, չի բացառվում, որ հրդեհները մի քանի օջախներում միտումնավոր են բռնկվել, իսկ հայկական հուշարձանների վերացումից հետո ընդամենը չքմեղանալու են, թե իրենք ջանքեր են գործադրել կրակը մարելու համար, բայց ոչինչ չի ստացվել, իսկ փոխարենը հայկական պատմամշակութային հուշարձանները վերացնելուց հետո այդ տարածքներում Ադրբեջանն ահռելի միջոցներ կծախսի մզկիթներ և Հեյդար Ալիևի հուշարձաններ կանգնեցնելու համար։
