ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը կորցնում է համբերությունը, քանի որ կարծում է՝ ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը դիտավորյալ ժամանակ է ձգձգում Ուկրաինայում խաղաղության բանակցություններում,: Նման հայտարարությամբ է հանդես եկել ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Մարկո Ռուբիոն, գրում է dw.com-ը:

«Կարծում եմ՝ նա ավելի ու ավելի է հիասթափվում: Չնայած Պուտինի հետ շատ լավ շփումներին և հեռախոսազրույցներին, սակայն ոչինչ չի ստացվում։ Այնպես որ, ժամանակն է գործել, և կարծում եմ՝ նախագահը շատ հստակ հասկացրել է, որ կորցնում է համբերությունը։ Նա կորցնում է ցանկությունը սպասելու, որ ռուսական կողմը ինչ-որ բան անի այս պատերազմը դադարեցնելու համար», - ասել է ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ Թրամփը կարծում է, որ Պուտինը իր հետ բանակցություններ էր վարում միայն ժամանակ ձգձգելու համար. «Այս փոխազդեցության մեծ մասը իրականում նպատակ ուներ ժամանակ շահել և ձգձգելու մարտավարություն կիրառել»։ ԱՄՆ նախագահը «չի ընկնի այդ թակարդը», - ընդգծել է Ռուբիոն։

«Նախևառաջ, բոլորը պետք է շատ ուրախ լինեն, որ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը կենտրոնացած է խաղաղության վրա։ Նա ոչինչ այնքան չի ուզում, որքան խաղաղության համաձայնագրերի մաս կազմելը, պատերազմները դադարեցնելը, պատերազմները կանխելը։ Սա նրա պատերազմը չէ, նա չի սկսել այս պատերազմը, նա ժառանգել է այն։ Եվ նա արել է ամեն ինչ, որ կարող է այն ավարտելու համար», - հավելել է ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարը։

Հուլիսի 14-ին Սպիտակ տանը ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Մարկ Ռուտեի հետ բանակցությունների ժամանակ Թրամփը հայտարարել է, որ ԱՄՆ իշխանությունները Ռուսաստանի առևտրային գործընկերների նկատմամբ կներդնեն 100% երկրորդային մաքսատուրքեր, եթե Ուկրաինայում խաղաղության վերաբերյալ համաձայնագիր չկնքվի առաջիկա 50 օրվա ընթացքում (մինչև սեպտեմբերի 2-ը):

Այնուհետև ԱՄՆ նախագահը հայտարարել է, որ Ուկրաինայում խաղաղության բանակցություններում, այդ թվում՝ իր և Պուտինի միջև անմիջականորեն, «անընդհատ խոսակցություններ» են ընթանում։ «Սակայն դրանից հետո հրթիռները թռչում են Կիևի վրա և սպանում մարդկանց: Սա պետք է դադարեցվի», - պահանջել էր ԱՄՆ նախագահը՝ հավելելով, որ ինքը «հիասթափված է Պուտինից» և հույս ուներ ամիսներ առաջ նրա հետ խաղաղության համաձայնագրի հասնել։
