Պերովսկիտային արևային մարտկոցները սովորել են սարքերը սնուցել սենյակային լամպից. այժմ դրանք աշխատում են նույնիսկ լամպի տակ և չեն վախենում խոնավությունից

Բրիտանական Կոլումբիայի համալսարանի (UBC) հետազոտողներն առաջարկել են պերովսկիտային արևային մարտկոցների հիմնական թերությունները՝ դրանց քայքայման հակվածությունը և լույսի նկատմամբ զգայունության սահմանափակ սպեկտրը հաղթահարելու միջոց, գրում է ixbt.com–ը: Նրանք լուծույթին, որից ձևավորվում է ակտիվ պերովսկիտային շերտը, ավելացրել են ֆոսֆոր պարունակող հելանտային նյութ: Այդ բաղադրիչը կապում է կապարի իոնները մակերեսին նվազեցնելով լիցքակիրների համար «թակարդների» քանակը և բարելավելով բջիջների ծառայության ժամկետը, նույնիսկ բարձր խոնավության պայմաններում:

Փորձերը կատարվել են UBC լաբորատորիայում այն համեմատելով ստանդարտ և բարելավված պերովսկիտային նմուշների հետ: Նոր բջիջները պահպանել են մինչև 90 % արդյունավետություն 85 % հարաբերական խոնավության պայմաններում երկար շաբաթներ պահելուց հետո, իսկ մյուս պերովսկիտային վահանակներն արագորեն կորցրել են արդյունավետությունը սենյակային խոնավության պայմաններում, ինչը սահմանափակել է դրանց օգտագործումը:

Զուգահեռ ուսումնասիրության ընթացքում մեկ այլ համալսարանի մի խումբ փոխել է պերովսկիտի կազմը, որպեսզի այն ավելի լավ համապատասխանեցնի լյումինեսցենտային լամպերի սպեկտրին, որը սենյակներում ամենատարածված արհեստական ​​լուսավորությունն է: Նյութի կազմն ընտրվել է այնպես, որ այն արդյունավետորեն կլանի գրասենյակային լամպերին բնորոշ 400 նմ-ից մինչև 700 նմ ալիքի երկարությունները: Արդյունքում, գիտնականները ստացել են տարրեր, որոնք լամպի ստանդարտ հզորությամբ առաջացնում են մեկ քառակուսի մետրի համար մինչև 1 վտ հոսանք, որը բավարար է փոքր սենսորներ սնուցելու կամ IoT սարքերի անընդհատ աշխատանքի համար:
