ՀԷՑ-ի զավթումն արդարացնելու հիմքեր են ստեղծում

«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության տիրապետության տակ հայտնված «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցերը» երեկ հայտարարություն է տարածել, թե ընկերության էլեկտրատնտեսությունն այս պահին գտնվում է տեխնիկապես բավականին վատթար վիճակում և ֆիզիկական մաշվածության մեջ, իսկ որոշ դեպքերում անգամ հետագա շահագործման համար հիմնականում ոչ պիտանի վիճակում։ «Ընկերության էլեկտրատնտեսության շատ սարքավորումներ սպառել են իրենց օգտագործման ողջ ռեսուրսը և պիտանիության ժամկետները, իսպառ բացակայում են օպերատիվ կառավարման և տեղի ունեցող վթարների առկայության մասին տեղեկատվության ստացման համար անհրաժեշտ ավտոմատ տելեհաղորդման ժամանակակից միջոցները»,- նշել են հայտարարության մեջ և հավելել, թե «այս իրավիճակը հետևանք է տարիներ շարունակ վարած կառավարման սխալ քաղաքականության և/կամ ցանցի վերազինման ուղղված նախաձեռնությունների գրեթե իսպառ բացակայության, ինչի արդյունքում զգացվում են արդեն այսօր հաճախակի դարձած վթարային անջատումներով և դրանց վերացմանն ուղղված անհետաձգելի գործողությունների ժամանակատարությամբ և ընդգրկումով»։

Փաստացի, ՔՊ-ն, խլելով Սամվել Կարապետյանին պատկանող ՀԷՑ-ը, այժմ էլ փորձում է հանրության մոտ տպավորություն ստեղծել, թե ՀԷՑ-ում տարիներ շարունակ ներդրումներ չեն իրականացվել, եղել են չարաշահումներ, և արդյունքում այսօր տուժում է շարքային քաղաքացին։ Մի կողմից նման կարծիքի ձևավորումը գործող իշխանություններին հնարավորություն է տալիս արդարացնել «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցերը» զավթելու իրենց գործողությունը, մյուս կողմից էլ նոր կառավարիչը և նրա թիմը բախվելու են սակագները բարձրացնելու անհրաժեշտության հետ, ուստի և տպավորություն են ստեղծում, որպեսզի կարողանան շարքային սպառողների հաշվին բարձրացնել էլեկտրականության սակագները։

Իսկ մինչ այդ ՔՊ-ն նաև շարունակում է տեղերում հեռացնել Սամվել Կարապետյանի մարդկանց և նշանակել իր ներկայացուցիչներին՝ գրեթե ամբողջությամբ իր ձեռքը վերցնելով «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցերի» կառավարումը՝ բոլորովին հաշվի չառնելով Ստոկհոլմի արբիտրաժային ինստիտուտի՝ պարտադիր կատարման ենթակա որոշումը ՀԷՑ-ի վերաբերյալ։ Առաջիկայում ոչ միայն ՀԷՑ-ը, այլ նաև ընդդիմադիր շրջանակների, ռուսաստանյան հայ գործարարների հետ կապված մի շարք ընկերություններ և ձեռնարկություններ հայտնվելու են փաշինյանական իշխանության թիրախում։ Մի կողմից այդ կերպ փորձում է ռեսուրսներից զրկել իրենց ընդդիմախոսներին, մյուս կողմից էլ սեփականության վերաբաշխում իրականացնել և դրանք փոխանցել յուրայիններին կամ իրենց հետ սերտ կապված գործարարների։
