Անհատ ձեռնարկատեր Ալբերտ Հակոբյանին պատկանող կաթնամթերքի արտադրամասում (Լոռու մարզ, ք. Սպիտակ) անցկացվել է ստուգում Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի Երևանի կենտրոնի տեսուչների կողմից:

Արդյունքում՝ հայտնաբերվել են սանիտարահիգիենիկ բնույթի այնպիսի խախտումներ, որոնք անթույլատրելի են սննդամթերքի արտադրությունում:

Այսպես.

- արտադրամասի պատերի, դռների մակերևույթները հարթ չեն եղել, պատրաստված չեն եղել անջրանցիկ, ախտահանվող և լվացվող նյութերից,

- առաստաղը ապահով չի եղել, չի կանխարգելել կեղտի կուտակումը, առաստաղից մասնիկների թափվելու հնարավորությունը,

- սարքավորումները, պարագաները, բեռնարկղերը չեն պահվել նորոգ և բարվոք վիճակում,

- սննդամթերքի հետ շփման մեջ գտնվող տեխնոլոգիական սարքավորումների և գույքի աշխատանքային մակերևույթները պատրաստված չեն եղել չներծծվող նյութերից,

- արտադրական շինությունում պահվում է սննդամթերքի արտադրության ընթացքում չօգտագործվող պարագաներ, իրեր,

- արտադրամասը ապահովված չի եղել անձնակազմի համար հանդերձարանով:

Կաթնամթերքի արտադրամասի արտադրական գործունեությունը կասեցվել է, սահմանվել է հայտնաբերված խախտումները վերացնելու ժամկետ:
