Ինչպես դիմել ԼՂ-ից տեղահանված ընտանիքների բնակապահովման ծրագրի նորաստեղծ միջգերատեսչական հանձնաժողով

ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանված ընտանիքների բնակարանային ապահովման պետական աջակցության ծրագրում իրականացված փոփոխություններով՝ արդեն իսկ ստեղծվել և գործում է միջգերատեսչական հանձնաժողով։ Այս մասին հայտնում են Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունից։

Հանձնաժողովին կարող են դիմել բնակապահովման ծրագրին դիմած և շահառուի կարգավիճակ չստացած ընտանիքները՝ մերժումն ստանալուց հետո երկամսյա ժամկետում։

Ըստ այդմ, մերժում ստացած անձինք կարող են դիմում ներկայացնել, եթե՝

  • դիմողի կամ ընտանիքի որևէ անդամի տվյալը բացակայում է ՀՀ ՆԳՆ միգրացիայի և քաղաքացիության ծառայության կողմից հաշվառված բռնի տեղահանվածների տվյալների շտեմարանում կամ Օպերատիվ շտաբի տրամադրած՝ 2023 թ․ սեպտեմբերի 19-ի դրությամբ ՀՀ-ում գտնվող ԼՂ բնակիչ հանդիսացող անձանց ցուցակներում,

և/կամ

  • դիմողը կամ ընտանիքի որևէ անդամը 2023 թ․սեպտեմբերի 19-ի կամ դիմելու օրվա դրությամբ ՀՀ-ում ունի սեփականության կամ ընդհանուր համատեղ կամ ընդհանուր բաժնային սեփականության իրավունքով (50 տոկոս և ավելի մասնաբաժնով) պատկանող բնակության համար նախատեսված բնակելի անշարժ գույք կամ «Գույքի նկատմամբ իրավունքների պետական գրանցման մասին» օրենքով սահմանված կարգով գրանցված գնման իրավունք։

Դիմումն անհրաժեշտ է ներկայացնել  e-request.am կայքի միջոցով կամ ք․ Երևան, Կառավարական տուն 3 հասցեով։ Անհրաժեշտ է նշել՝

  • հանձնաժողովի անվանումը,
  • ծրագրին դիմած և շահառուի կարգավիճակ չստացած դիմումատուի (դիմումատուների) անունը, ազգանունը, հայրանունը, ծննդյան օրը, ամիսը, տարին, անձը հաստատող փաստաթղթի սերիան և համարը, հանրային ծառայությունների համարանիշը, փաստացի բնակության վայրի հասցեն, հեռախոսահամարը,
  • բողոքարկման առարկան։

Դիմում-բողոքին անհրաժեշտ է կցել՝

  • 2020 թ․ սեպտեմբերի 27-ից, 2022 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 12-ից կամ 2023 թ․ սեպտեմբերի 19-ից առաջ առնվազն 12 ամիսների ընթացքում ԼՂ պետական կամ մասնավոր կառույցներում աշխատելու, կենսաթոշակ կամ այլ դրամական վճարներ ստանալու և դրանք ԼՂ-ում իրացնելու, ֆինանսական գործարքներ կատարելու, կրթական, առողջապահական ծառայություններից օգտվելու մասին վկայող և (կամ) այլ առնվազն 2 փաստաթուղթ, որոնց թվագրումները պետք է ունենան առնվազն 6 ամսվա տարբերություն,

և/կամ

  • 2023 թ․ սեպտեմբերի 19-ի դրությամբ «Գույքի նկատմամբ իրավունքների պետական գրանցման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքով սահմանված կարգով գրանցված գնման իրավունք ունենալու և դիմելու օրվա դրությամբ այն օտարած լինելու հանգամանքները պարզաբանող փաստաթղթերը։

Վերոնշյալ պահանջներին չբավարարող դիմում-բողոքները հանձնաժողովի կողմից չեն ուսումնասիրվի։
