Ի՞նչ գաղտնի պայմանավորվածություններ են եղել միջանցքի շուրջ. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Ալիևը հայտարարել է. «Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիները և բեռները չպետք է տեսնեն հայ սահմանապահների դեմքը։ Չպետք է լինի շփում։ Պետք է լինեն անվտանգության երաշխիքներ, որպեսզի տեղաշարժը լինի ազատ»։ Եթե բառացի «թարգմանենք», ապա սա ուղիղ իմաստով նշանակում է, որ հայ սահմանապահը չպետք է լինի այդ ճանապարհին, Հայաստանը չպետք է վերահսկի բեռները, մարդկանց, երթևեկը, Ադրբեջանը պետք է ազատ օգտվի ճանապարհից՝ առանց խոչընդոտի։

Ինչ անուն էլ տան, կամ ինչ ձևակերպումներ էլ տան, բառիս բուն իմաստով հենց սա է միջանցքը, որը Ալիևը ակնկալում ու փաստացի ստանում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանից։ Վերջինս ու նրա քպական իշխանությունը չեն ասում, որ լինելու է միջանցք, փորձում են հանրությանը համոզել, թե իբր բան չի փոխվում, այդ ամենը փաթեթավորում են անիմաստ բառակույտերով, Եկեղեցու դեմ արշավանքի «ընդմիջումներին» վարչապետի մամուլի քարտուղարի շուրթերով կիսահերքումներ են տարածում («քաղաքացիների և նրանց ներկայացված փաստաթղթերի համապատասխանությունը չի կարող չստուգվել, իսկ անհամապատասխանության դեպքում նրանց մուտքը ՀՀ տարածք չի կարող թույլատրվել» և այլն), բայց իրականում զիջում են տարածքի սուվերենությունը։

Ըստ էության, Ալիևը բացում է փակագծերը, թե Փաշինյանն ինչ է խոստացել։ Ու դրանով ցույց է տալիս, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունն իր թելադրանքով է աշխատում, փորձում է համոզել աշխարհին, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները լրիվ «զրո» են, ու «ասողն» ինքն է։ Եվ սա ամենևին փոխադարձություն չէ, այլ ստորացուցիչ համաձայնություն։ Կրկնենք՝ սա հենց միջանցք է, որի վերջնական անունը դեռ չեն հրապարակում, բայց էությունը դրանից չի փոխվում։

Հետաքրքիր է՝ մինչև ե՞րբ է իշխանությունը ձևացնելու, թե չի հանձնում միջանցքը, երբ փաստացի ամեն ինչ արդեն փաստաթղթավորման փուլում է։
