Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը նշել է Հանքագործի եւ մետալուրգի օրը

Ամեն տարի հուլիս ամսվա երրորդ կիրակին հանքարդյունաբերական ոլորտի համար նշանավորվում է Հանքագործի եւ մետալուրգի մասնագիտական օրով, որը նշվում է Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատի (ԶՊՄԿ) նախաձեռնությամբ եւ համայնքի մասնակցությամբ։

ԶՊՄԿ-ից հայտնել են, որ տոնական միջոցառումներն այս տարի մեկնարկել են հուլիսի 17-ին Քաջարանի արվեստի դպրոցի մեծ դահլիճում Արամ Խաչատրյանի երաժշտության ներքո՝ «Արամ Խաչատրյան» տրիոյի կատարմամբ։ 

Քաջարանի նորաբաց մարզադաշտում հաջորդ օրվա տոնական միջոցառումը մեկնարկել է Սյունիք ֆուտբոլային ակումբի ակադեմիայի երեխաների ցուցադրական վարժանքով եւ մարզադաշտի բացումը ազդարարող արարողությամբ։ ԶՊՄԿ-ի Սյունիք ակումբի ակադեմիայում մարզվում է ավելի քան 800 տղա եւ աղջիկ Սյունիքի տարբեր համայնքներից։ 

Հաջորդող տոնական միջոցառման ընթացում ընկերության 16 աշխատակից պարգեւատրվել է տարվա ընթացքում աշխատանքային բացառիկ ձեռքբերումների համար՝ պատվոգրերի եւ դրամական պարգեւների հանձնման հանդիսավոր արարողությամբ։ Պարգեւատրվել են արտադրական տարբեր ստորաբաժանումների, տրանսպորտի, տեխնիկական, կայուն զարգացման ոլորտի աշխատակիցներ եւ եւս երեք վետերան՝ ընկերությունում 50 եւ ավելի տարի աշխատանքի համար։ 

ԶՊՄԿ գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռոման Խուդոլին շնորհակալություն է հայտնել կոմբինատի բոլոր աշխատակիցներին՝ շեշտելով, որ «նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրի աշխատանքը առանձին եւ բոլորինը միասին՝ նպաստում է մի մեծ արդյունավետ ու կարեւոր գործի»։ 

«Մեզ համար չափազանց կարեւոր է շարունակել ձեռնարկության արդիականացումը բոլոր ուղղություններով։ Մենք մեծ ուշադրություն ենք դարձնում աշխատանքի պայմանների բարելավմանը, արդյունաբերական եւ տեխնիկական անվտանգության ապահովմանը, ինչպես նաեւ մեր աշխատակիցների եւ նրանց ընտանիքների բարեկեցությանն ու առողջությանը։ Այս հարցերը մեզ համար առաջնահերթություն են, եւ մենք մշտապես ձգտում ենք որակի շարունակական բարելավման։

Ներկայում իրականացվում է կոմբինատի զարգացման ռազմավարությունը, որը նպատակ ունի բարձրացնել արտադրողականությունը, ներդնել նոր տեխնոլոգիական լուծումներ, ավտոմատացնել արտադրական եւ ստանդարտ գործընթացները, անցում կատարել թվային հարթակների եւ ներդնել կայուն զարգացման միջազգային ստանդարտները։ Այս ամենը մեր մեծ թիմի յուրաքանչյուր անդամի աշխատանքի արդյունք է։ Առանց ձեզ սա հնարավոր չէր լինի»,- ասել է նա:

Իր ուղերձում ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրենը հիշատակել է, որ ընկերության աշխատակիցների 90%- ը Սյունիքից է։ Ընկերությունում աշխատում է 400 տարբեր մասնագիտությունների ներկայացուցիչ՝ բանվորից մինչեւ տարբեր ուղղությունների ղեկավարներ, եւ հենց նրանց համատեղ աշխատանքի շնորհիվ է Սյունիքը Հայաստանի ամենաբարեկեցիկ մարզը։
