Իշխանության վախի հերթական դրսևորումը

Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը 2 ամսով կալանավորել է նախկին պատգամավոր Ռուբեն Հակոբյանին։ Վերջինիս երեկ էին ձերբակալել՝ առաջադրել իշխանությունը զավթելուն ուղղված հրապարակային կոչեր անելու մեղադրանքը։ Հենց երեկ, քրեական գործը հարուցելուց հետո նրան ձերբակալել, տեղափոխել էին դատարան, որն էլ կալանքի որոշում է կայացրել։

Թե կոնկրետ Ռուբեն Հակոբյանի որ հայտարարությունն է գնահատվել որպես իշխանությունը զավթելուն ուղղված հրապարակային կոչ, ո՛չ Գլխավոր դատախազությունը, ո՛չ էլ Քննչական կոմիտեն չեն հայտնում։ Հակոբյանը հայտնի է իր բավական կոշտ դիրքորոշումներով, և Փաշինյանին քննադատել է ոչ միայն հրապարակային հայտարարություններում, հանրահավաքներում, այլ անգամ խորհրդարանի ամբիոնից, տարբեր խորհրդարանական լսումների ժամանակ։ Հիշեցնենք, որոշ ժամանակ առաջ էլ Ազգային ժողովից նրան ուժով դուրս էին բերել իր հայտարարությունից հետո։

Թե՛ Հակոբյանի, թե՛ մյուս քաղբանտարկյալների դեմ գործող իշխանությունների իրականացրած արշավը վկայում է, որ փաշինյանական իշխանությունը խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ լուրջ վախեր ունի ընդդիմությունից, հասկանում է, որ իր ցածր վարկանիշի պայմաններում բարդ է լինելու կրկին հաղթանակ գրանցել, իսկ դրա համար հարկավոր է մեկուսացնել բոլոր ակտիվ քաղաքական գործիչներին, կալանավորել, քրեական գործեր հարուցել, զբաղեցնել, մի խոսքով, այդ մարդկանց։ Փորձել այդ կերպ հաղթել խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում, և որքան գործող իշխանությունների գործողությունները ավելի ուժգնանում են, այնքան ակնհայտ է դառնում Փաշինյանի ու նրա թիմակիցների վախը ապագա ֆորսմաժորային զարգացումներից։ Սա ընդամենը իշխանության վախի դրսևորումն է։
