Երբ մի գրագետ, մի խելոք, մի կազմակերպված խոսքն արդեն «արտառոց» է. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Նախօրեին «Տաշիր» ընկերությունների խմբի փոխնախագահ Նարեկ Կարապետյանը ներկայացնում էր իրենց ձևավորելիք քաղաքական նոր ուժի մոտեցումները, իրենց մասին տարածվող ու տարածվելիք հնարավոր ֆեյք կամ մանիպուլ յատիվ շահարկումները: Կարելի է համաձայնել, կարելի է չհամաձայնել, կարելի է բանավիճել, բայց դրա մասին չէ, որ ուզում ենք նշել:

Ուշադրություն գրավեց այն, որ բանախոսն իր ասելիքը ներկայացնում էր հանդարտ, առանց նյարդայնության, խոսքը շատ գրագետ էր, հստակ, ընկալելի, փաստարկված, կոնկրետ «մեսիջներով»: Ու ակամայից մի դիտարկում շամփրեց. սկսել ենք լավ զգալ զուտ միայն նրանից, որ գրագետ, հավասարակշռված խոսք ենք լսում: Ու բացարձակ կոնկրետ անձի հարցը չէ:

Հասկանում եք, չէ՞, հասել ենք մի վիճակի ու միջավայրի, որ հանրային հարթակից հնչող գրագետ, խելացի, հիմնավորված, «պարականոն» կոյաբառամթերք չպարունակող խոսքը (անկախ նրանից, թե ինչի մասին է, կամ՝ համաձայն ես, թե ոչ) ինքնին արդեն դրական և ուրախալի է ընկալվում: Փաստորեն, հասել ենք այնպիսի վիճակի, որ, մեր ավագների ասած, մի խելոք խոսքի կարոտ ենք մնացել: Դժվար էր մի քանի տարի առաջ մտածել, որ կազմակերպված, առանց հայհոյանքի խոսքի կարոտ պիտի մնանք: Ու իսկապես, ի՞նչ ենք տեսնում, ինչի՞ մեջ, ի՞նչ բառային միջավայրում ենք, ահա, արդեն 7 տարի՝ 24/7 ռեժիմով:

Անդադար զազրախոսություն, հիստերիկաներ, ջղագրգիռ արտահայտություններ, հայհոյանք, պիտակավորում, մի խոսքով՝ «պարականոնություն»: Գումարած՝ թշնամանքի ու ատելության սերմանումն ու խորացումը: Թե կազմակերպված, փաստարկված, գրագետ խոսք էլ կա, միայն ընդդիմադիր դաշտից է: Այո, հասարակության մեջ կա ինչ-որ շերտ, որ նման գռեհկաբանության սպառող է, ոմանք նույնիսկ հրճվանք ու բավարարվածություն են զգում նման դրսևորումներից: Ի դեպ, ոչ միայն մեր հասարակության մեջ: Առհասարակ՝ կա նման բան: Բայց մեր դեպքում խնդիրն այն է, որ լուսանցքային այդ երևույթը հասցվել է պետական խոսույթի մակարդակի ու տարածվում է, քարոզվում, անխուսափելիորեն դառնում ընդօրինակելի, «նորաձև»: Այդպես մի օր էլ նման խոսույթի կրողներն ու «սպառողները» կարող են մեծամասնություն դառնալ:

Այդպես, նման խոսույթով ու միջավայրով կարելի է շարունակաբար ջղաձգումների մեջ պահել հանրային օրգանիզմը: Ի վերջո, այդպես, նման թթվուտային միջավայրով կարելի է կործանվել: Այս կոյաճահճային վիճակից ու միջավայրից ոչ միայն հնարավոր է, այլև անհրաժեշտ է ելնել: Իսկ դրա համար նախ՝ հանրային խոսքը, հրապարակային հարթակներից հնչող խոսքը պետք է զուլալվի, պետք է ձերբազատվի հիստերիկ ու «պարականոն» դրսևորումներից, գռեհկաբանությունից: Իսկ թե ինչ է պետք դրա համար, դժվար չէ հասկանալ...
