ԵՄ-ն ֆինանսավորում է Փաշինյանի հակառուսական արտաքին քաղաքականությունը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Մեկնաբանելով Եվրոպական խորհրդի նախագահ Անտոնիո Կոշտայի և Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ուրսուլա ֆոն դեր Լայենի այն հայտարարությունը, որ Հայաստանում առնվազն 2,5 միլիարդ եվրո ներդնելու մտադրություն կա, Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան այսպես է մեկնաբանել. «Պարզ է, որ խոսքն այն գումարի մասին է, որը Բրյուսելը բազմիցս խոստացել է տրամադրել»: Զախարովան նաև հավելել է, որ «դա Եվրահանձնաժողովի, ԵՄ-ի, ՆԱՏՕ-ի դասական ժանրն է՝ առատաձեռն խոստումներ շաղ տալ, ապա այդ ֆինանսական խոստումների սոուսի տակ ստրկացնել և շարունակել վերահսկել գործընթացները՝ հանելով փրփուրը և օգուտներ ստանալով միայն իրենց համար»։

Անդրադառնալով այս թեմային՝ «Հանրապետության հրապարակ» տելեգրամյան ալիքը գրում է, որ փաստացի ԵՄ-ն ֆինանսավորում է Փաշինյանի հակառուսական արտաքին քաղաքականությունը:

Ըստ ալիքի, «Արևմուտքին ձեռնտու է, որ հայ-ռուսական ռազմա-քաղաքական և տնտեսական կապերը խզվեն, ՀՀ-ն ՔՊ-ի օրոք վերածվի երկրորդ Ուկրաինայի կամ ռուսաֆոբ պլացդարմի Հարավային Կովկասում»։ Հեղինակները նաև նշում են, որ Փաշինյանի և ՔՊ-ի օրոք հայկական տնտեսությունը կազմաքանդվում է. կապիտալը փախչում է ՀՀ-ից, ՀՀ քաղաքացիներն ապագա չեն կապում նիկոլական Հայաստանի հետ, իսկ արտաքին պարտքը հասել է 14 միլիարդ դոլարի։

«ԵՄ-ն ցանկանում է ներդրումներ անել Հայաստանում՝ Փաշինյանին և ՔՊ-ին փրկելու, իշխանության պահելու և հակառուսականությունն ու արևմտամետությունը խրախուսելու համար։ Եթե ԵՄ-ն իրոք ներդրումներ կատարի ՀՀ-ում, Փաշինյանը նախընտրական քարոզարշավի ընթացքում դա օգտագործելու է սեփական փիառի համար, որ ՔՊ-ի օրոք ՌԴ-ի հետ կապերը խզվել են, իսկ Արևմուտքը ներդրումներ է կատարում ՀՀ-ում։ ՀՀ քաղաքացիները կրկին ենթարկվելու են ՔՊական մեդիաների մանիպուլ յացիաներին»,-գրում է ալիքն ու հավելում, որ հայռուսական ռազմավարական, դաշնակցային կապերի խզումը հանգեցնելու է ՀՀ-ում թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի դիրքերի ամրապնդմանն ու Սյունիքի կորստին՝ Արցախի օրինակով։

«ՔՊ-ն ամեն ինչ անում է 2026 թվականին վերարտադրվելու համար՝ ճնշումներ է գործադրում Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու դեմ, բանտերն է նետում ընդդիմադիրներին և Փաշինյանի թրքամետ քաղաքականությունը քննադատողներին»,-գրում են հեղինակներն ու ամփոփում, որ, այսպիսով, Հայաստանը մեծ տեմպերով Փաշինյանի վարած արտաքին և ներքին դիլետանտ քաղաքականության արդյունքում սլանում է դեպի անդունդն ու հերթական կապիտուլ յացիան։ Փաշինյանն ու թիմը պատրաստ են բավարարել Էրդողան-Ալիև տանդեմի բոլոր հակահայ պահանջները, այդ թվում՝ Սահմանադրության փոփոխության, ադրբեջանցիների վերադարձի, ասյպես կոչված՝ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի», Ղարաբաղյան հարցը փակելու և բանակը կրճատելու հարցերում։
