Կուբայի կառավարությունը խաղադրույք է կատարում արևային պարկերի վրա

Կղզին սեղմող խիստ էներգետիկ ճգնաժամի պայմաններում Կուբայի կառավարությունը որոշել է կենտրոնանալ արևային էլեկտրակայանների արագացված տեղադրման վրա՝ որպես փրկության հիմնական ուղի։ «Էներգետիկ ճգնաժամը լուծելու միակ ճանապարհը վերականգնվող էներգիայի աղբյուրների տեղադրումը շարունակելն է», — հայտարարել է Էներգետիկայի և հանքերի նախարար Վիսենտե դե լա Օ Լևին՝ Ազգային ժողովում ներկայացնելով ազգային էներգահամակարգի վերականգնման պլանի առաջընթացը։

Իր ելույթի ընթացքում պատգամավորների առջև Դե լա Օ Լևին խոստովանել է, որ էլեկտրաէներգետիկ համակարգի վիճակը զգալիորեն վատացել է սպասարկման պակասի, ֆինանսավորման բացակայության և ինչպես ազգային նավթի, այնպես էլ ներմուծվող վառելիքի արտադրության ծավալների նվազման պատճառով, ինչպես նշված է Cubadebate պաշտոնական կայքում։

Միայն 2024 թվականին երկիրը 170,000 տոննայով կրճատել է նավթի արդյունահանումը նախորդ տարվա համեմատ, ինչը գումարվում է 2019 թվականից ի վեր բոլոր տեխնոլոգիաներով Generación-ի կողմից կուտակված 6,700 գիգավատ նվազմանը։

Դրան գումարվում է էներգիայի պահանջարկի կայուն աճը, որը պայմանավորված է 2018 թվականից ի վեր ավելի քան 17 միլիոն կենցաղային սարքերի զանգվածային ներմուծմամբ՝ միայն 2024 թվականին ավելի քան 2 միլիոն, և էլեկտրաէներգիայի անջատումների ժամանակ առաջացող պիկային սպառման երևույթը, որը կենտրոնացնում է բեռը, երբ էլեկտրամատակարարումը վերականգնվում է։

Ի պատասխան այս կրիտիկական իրավիճակի՝ Քաղբյուրոն սկսել է կառավարական ծրագիր, որն ուղղված է էլեկտրաէներգետիկ համակարգի վերականգնմանը, որը հաստատվել է 2024 թվականի նոյեմբերին Նախարարների խորհրդի կողմից՝ «խեղաթյուրումների ուղղման» և «տնտեսության զարգացման նոր խթանման» ռազմավարության շրջանակներում։

Այս համատեքստում վերականգնվող էներգիայի աղբյուրները, մասնավորապես արևային էլեկտրակայանները, գտնվում են առավել կենսունակ և արագ տարբերակի առաջնային դիրքերում։ Ինչպես նշել է հենց նախարարը, ջերմային էլեկտրակայանի արդիականացումը տևում է առնվազն երկու տարի, մինչդեռ արևային էլեկտրակայանը կարող է տեղադրվել ընդամենը երեք ամսում։
